Applets are officially gone, but Java in the browser is better than ever
The end of an era, perhaps.
Applets are officially, completely removed from Java 26, coming in March of 2026. This brings to an official end the era of applets, which began in 1996. However, for years it has been possible to build modern, interactive web pages in Java without needing applets
L'entreprise dans laquelle je termine mon alternance pour mon diplôme ingénieur en développement informatique ne pourra pas m'embaucher pour un contrat plus long faute de poste à pourvoir. Je cherche donc un poste de développeur junior pour ingénieur fraîchement diplômé, en back-end ou full-stack avec #Java. J'ai aussi de l'expérience en front-end avec #Angular.
Le présentiel ne me dérange pas sous réserve de possibilité au moins occasionnelle de télétravail.
Points qui m'intéressent : usage d'outils indépendants des GAFAM, poste situé hors des grandes villes (sauf si le présentiel n'est qu'occasionnel).
