Lo primero antes de que comiences a seguir/interactuar es que rellenes tu perfil: rellena tu biografía y sube una foto de perfil. ¡La gente no suele seguir a perfiles vacíos!
Lo siguiente es que escribas una publicación de #presentación para que podamos compartirla. En Mastodon se pueden seguir #etiquetas, así que asegúrate de escribir tus intereses como #etiquetas para que puedan encontrarte fácilmente las personas interesadas.
Por último, apunta la dirección del servidor en el que te has registrado. ¿No sabes cuál es? Es la dirección que sale después de tu primer @ en tu perfil. Puede ser "mastodon.social" o "masto.es", entre otras. Esta dirección la necesitarás para iniciar sesión o recuperar tu contraseña.

When we released post editing for #Mastodon, we first released a version that supported processing and displaying edits incoming from other servers, before releasing a version that flipped a switch allowing anyone to make edits. We're taking an identical approach with quote posts, as the upcoming 4.4 version of Mastodon will begin displaying quote posts from other servers and software. Once this is widely deployed on the network, 4.5 will bring the long awaited ability to quote posts.
There is a new tool called Splinter which makes it easier to create Mastodon threads. You enter the full text and it splits it up and posts it as a thread automatically (it also has options for manual splitting).

J'avais vu passer une critique de BlueSky sur l'aspect données personnelles collectées (notamment par l'appli), ça vous dit un truc ?
Does anyone know of alternative styles for the default web app when "advanced web interface" mode is activated with v4.3.x - it's too wide (mainly the "getting started" column has problems wrapping...) and typo too large for me.
PS: my question is not about using other interfaces such as Trunks or Elk or...

#Mastodon we have a problem with link embedding bypassing control mechanisms for exposure to shit, and showing unsollicited pictures (say, of a real bastard making a nazi gesture), without the possibility to filter that out a priori (unless people who post these links realize by themselves this displays the picture and use a CW -- but they may not be aware of this when they post, as it takes time for the embedding to show up after a post).
Yesterday I had to remove a link from one of my toots after realizing a posteriori what the embedding was showing.
