This image of Yosemite Valley was taken in early spring so Bridal Veil Falls was flowing at capacity in the lower part of the image. El Capitan is placed in the foreground, Clouds Rest is center left of El Capitan and Half Dome tucked behind Glacier Point in the center right of the image. To the right we have The Cathedral Rocks and Bridalveil Falls to the right of the image.

You’re looking at a wide, sweeping panoramic view of Yosemite Valley, seen from high above at the famous Tunnel View overlook. Imagine standing at the edge of a vast natural amphitheater. In the foreground to the left, a massive vertical wall of rock—El Capitan—rises like a sheer stone fortress.
