Mass exodus from Tiktok to RedNote is quite a spectacle, and culture exchanges worth celebrate. It's one of those best moments for Chinese internet companies: adapt to exponential growth while censorship hasn't figured out. But as we refugees from Chinese internet have learnt time and time again: Iron Fist might be late, but it will come. So enjoy while it lasts.
Meanwhile, thanks to contributors, #NeoDB released French & German support today, imo this will enable more lasting culture exchange.

虽然电影在剧情上对原著有所简化，但演员的表现和服化道都颇为加分，尤其是 Coopers Chase 的奢华感完全超出了我的预期。喜欢小说的背景让我在观影时更容易代入，不过冷静来看，这部改编要拍续集的可能性恐怕不大。相比之下，我对下个月即将出版的新作反而更期待一些。顺便一提，用 ChatGPT 来回顾系列的前情提要确实很省心——人物关系、主要案件和动机一口气就能回忆起来。
