Finished my first #run for 2026 a few hours ago. For some reason, I was filled with adrenalin and energy, I just ran immediately without warm-up and prep.
It has been years but today I was able to:
- run more, walk less
- breath in sync
- maintain pacing (which I often struggle)
- better posture
I can't remember what was in my mind the entire time, but not focusing on my run helped me to just do it. I didn't feel my legs getting tired. I didn't have shortness of breath. No cramps or missteps.
I guess it's a good start for 2026!
