I don’t want to brag or anything, but I talked to not one, but two people today, who I met on Mastodon/Medium. I had a video chat with one and phone call with another. No reason. Not business related. Just trying to connect with a few online acquaintances in real life now and again. It’s not a bad idea. You might want to try it.
