Balboa Park B and W

One of my favorite places in San Diego besides the beaches, is Balboa Park. This park has it all from their world class zoos to their fantastic museums, gardens and theatres.
This image was captured early in the morning. I walked the streets and sidewalks around the different museums. This arch and the repeating patterns down the walkway grabbed my attention.

You’re standing beneath a long, elegant arcade of Spanish‑style arches in Balboa Park. The photograph is in black and white, which makes the light and shadows feel even more dramatic. Museum of Man

I went down to Balboa Park and found a photographers Paradise. The buildings are magnificent and the architecture is out of this world beautiful.
This building was built for the 1915 Panama-American Exposition and is truly an impressive structure.
While exploring the park I saw this beautiful structure framed by the palm trees.
