Wow.
Three loaves of #sourdough bread proving overnight in the refrigerator.
That’s the plan, anyway.
Hopefully I get up before they are overproofed.
One 2# loaf in a Pullman X-Large pan, one regular 2# boule and a 2# jalapeño/cheddar boule.
If I space the oven right I might get them baked all at once!
I forgot to wear my neck brace for the most of the preparation process so I’m paying for that.
Whatever.
I had FUN.
Yes. Baking is fun. Especially sourdough.
