🎃 Happy Halloween!

#webcomics

A short four panel webcomic:

1. Carrot, a small cat, notices a plate of cookies on a table. The table also has a carved pumpkin jack-o'-lantern.
2. When he climbs onto the tablecloth, he accidentally drags the entire contents of the table with him.
3. He falls, and we can see that the carved pumpkins are aligned with his head.
4. Later, in Pepper's bedroom upstairs, Carrot asks for help, but he has the pumpkins on his head, and Pepper is afraid of him and partially covers herself with her sheets.

I think that there is a real case for developing a #webcomics platform for the #fediverse. I am going to start trying to make this, but my dev skills are 20 years old at best. I need all kinds of help from #developers and #designer.If other people want to see this happen, please let me know.

I've just moved to a new instance, so I think an #introduction is in order. I write a lot about #comics and comics fandom. My book on #Webcomics was nominated for Eisner Award in 2021. I also do the "Incidental Iconography" column for Jack Kirby Collector and I blog at KleefeldonComics.com.
