Over ten tracks and 66 minutes the Arkestra offer a glimpse into their psychedelic universe via atmospherics, spirituality and mystery.
FINIS GLORIÆ MUNDI (The End of World Glory) is an allegory of death, or memento mori, a reminder of both the transience of earthly life and the universality of death. In the twinkling of an eye, the listener is taken on an exotic journey of the mind where substance is human no more. Belgian’s national Radio 1 “Cucamonga” show called toman “Belgium’s best musical secret” and their demo’s got full support from radio (Studio Brussel“Duyster”) and press (Oor magazine).After enjoying an excellent liveshow, we decided at Zealrecords it was time for this band to get their first album recorded and released...and here it is...”Catching a grizzly bear, lesson one” was recorded at the band’s homestudio and mixed by Jurgen de Blonde from De Portables.The result is a trip through dreamy guitarscapes with some sparse but well used vocals. As if Explosions in the Sky and American Analog Set would play together with nextdoor Grandaddy humming along...

Toman is a quartet from West-Flanders. They fancy old analogue synths and mix them into their organic rocksound with lots of tension build-ups and eruptions. Their demo got airplay on Stubru (Duyster and Radar) and Radio 1. The Dutch magazine Oor added them to their underground top20 of best bands for 2004. That year Tomàn did their first tour abroad, in Spain. In Belgium they did support acts for Death Cab For Cutie, Windsor For The Derby and David Eugene Edwards, to name but a few. The first full
album, "Catching a Grizzly Bear, Lesson One", mixed by Jürgen De Blonde of De Portables, was released in april 2005 on Zeal Records. Expect subtle postrock with hermetic lyrics. Think American Analog Set, Explosions In The Sky, Grandaddy.

His first solo disc, Metamatic, was issued in 1980 through his own label metal beat, with Virgin handling distribution. With the exception of some bass, the sound was completely synthetic. It became his biggest selling album, featuring the single "Underpass." A livelier album, The Garden, followed a year later. Named after the studio where it was recorded and which Foxx would frequent for the next few years. The opening "Europe After the Rain" is perhaps his finest moment. The Garden also included a version of the "Lord's Prayer (Pater Noster)" sung in Italian to a disco beat! Initial copies came with a booklet entitled Church, complete with Foxx's photomontage images, poems and lyrics. 1983's The Golden Section was one of the few Foxx releases produced by an outsider, Zeuss B. Held. As with The Garden it peaked slightly lower down at 27. If that was a shame, it was nothing compared to the shock of his fourth and final album for sometime, In Mysterious Ways, charting at number 85 on its release in 1985. Two singles featured, both failed to chart despite the usually stunning Foxx illustrations on the sleeve, especially on "Stars on Fire." After this John Foxx vanished, his name bearing 'whatever happened to..' conversations. On the sleeve notes for 1992's compilation Assembly, Foxx hinted he was totally disinterested in the mid-eighties music scene. He spent his time lecturing (helping shoot the video to techno band LFO's debut namesake single), illustrating book covers and collaborated with Bomb the Bass mainman Tim Simenon on the short lived project Nation 12. In 1997 Foxx re-appeared almost as mysteriously as he had disappeared with two new albums: Cathedral Oceans and Shifting City (with Louis Gordon). The former was primarily ambient in nature and namechecked musician Harold Budd who, during an interview, cited Foxx 'a fantastic artist.

Go March are an instrumental group based in Antwerp, Belgium and consist of Philipp Weies (guitars), Hans De Prins (synthesizers) and Antoni Foscez (drums). It is a new project born out of jam sessions that have resulted in their self-titled debut album, Go March, an electronic, Germanic-infused, post-rock screamer that is a sort of Mogwai meets Kraftwerk/Trans Am/Errors synthesis yet with all the futuristic propulsions of a new, fresh and hungry band making music not just for 2015 but for beyond.

"Rheia" is the groundbreaking album from Belgium's Oathbreaker. Engineered, mixed, and mastered by Jack Shirley (Deafheaven, Loma Prieta), "Rheia" is a true game changer for the genre. Blurring lines and dissolving the boundaries of heavy music as we know it today.
Opener "10:56" begins with a haunting guitar riff and Caro Tanghe's beautifully sung vocal before abruptly soaring to new heights with "Second Son of R". Its blasts of melody mutate into a blackened buzz while waves of tempo changes pound down with intense emotional weight. "Being Able To Feel Nothing" then rolls in like a storm. Chaotically breaking apart to reveal the eye before churning once again. "Stay Here / Accroche-Moi" is an otherworldly reverb drenched acoustic number that leads to "Needles In Your Skin". A deeply personal song that showcases the artistic strength vulnerability brings. It's hard to believe that this is just the half way point of this post everything masterwork. "Immortals" then unfurls as a goose bump inducing monster. This leads to the ambitious "I'm Sorry, This Is", "Where I Live", and "Where I Leave”; A musical triptych that needs to be heard to be believed. All of it comes to an end with mesmerizing closer "Begeerte". Ethereally materializing before vanishing into the beautiful unknown.
