很多是挺老生常谈的东西,也可能是自己东看看西看看的觉得熟悉吧。实践非常的重要,如果不做练习,那么这本书毫无用处。然而随着阅读,我在思考的问题是,虽然本书教了很多技巧...但是,在初期应用或者很多时候,都会存在于自己心情不够好所以不愿意去做那个influence people的那个人啊。对于缓解心理问题,本书没有给出好的方法,着实遗憾。
