Lover is the upcoming seventh studio album and major-label debut by American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. It was released on released on August 23, 2019. The album is Swift's first release under Republic Records and Taylor Swift Productions. The lead single "Me!" featuring Brendon Urie of Panic! at the Disco was released on April 26, 2019. The second single "You Need to Calm Down" was released on June 13, 2019. The title track was released as the third single on August 16, 2019. Aside from Urie, Lover also features a collaboration with the Dixie Chicks.

Glass Animals are an English psychedelic pop band formed in Oxford in 2010. Led by singer, songwriter, and producer Dave Bayley, the group also features his childhood friends Joe Seaward, Ed Irwin-Singer and Drew MacFarlane. Bayley wrote and produced all three Glass Animals albums.

To those expecting another album like Zaba, this album may end up as a disappointment. Glass Animals found success on a rather unique and creative sound and continued to expand their inner-weirdness and creativity by not playing it safe, instead opting for more ambition. This approach has paid off admirably as How to Be a Human Being is more than just a collection of stories told through characters like the ones on the album’s art, but is also a showcase of the band’s talent. Taking this talent, expending as much creative energy and ridiculousness as possible while deviating from their beloved sound, the result is an album that one would be hard pressed to find a comparable output to; and that’s a fantastic dilemma.

Scream And Light Up The Sky, the major-label debut from The Honorary Title, is a beautifully ragged collection of subtle indie pop with hints of Americana, Britpop and punk. Produced by Rob Schnapf (Beck, Elliot Smith), the charismatic Jarrod Gorbel’s intimate, heartfelt and yet sarcastic musings indeed light up the musical sky.
