节目由于谦、吴昕和李诞一起组成“领笑团”，每一期评选出一位“爆梗王”，建立起中国脱口秀演员排行榜，并在最后一期节目中选出本季最强“爆梗王” 。
该节目于2019年7月21日起每周日20:00在腾讯视频 播出 。
