2004年3月21日，at17在乌溪沙青年中心举行首个大型音乐会， 当日一千八百名观眾与at17共渡了一个开心的下午； 除了是因为首次举行大型音乐会之外，这次亦是at17首次在草地足球场上演出, 所以心情额外兴奋， at17的好友方力申及何韵诗等均有出席并献唱歌曲，专辑内收录了共18首歌，包括「女扮男生」「三分鐘后」「The Best is Yet to Come」「始终一天」「你有自己一套」等。 另外， 二汶更演绎了写给杨千嬅的作品「魂断威尼斯」，及林一峰作曲作词十一团火主题曲「玩火」。
