成立于英国利兹、现以剑桥为基地的四人乐团正名是∆，别称Alt-J，那是来自苹果电脑键盘上打出数学上的三角符号的Alt和J两粒键。所以Alt-J不独是∆的官方读音，也方便媒体以英文字打出乐团名字。因此在其首张专辑《An Awesome Wave》的封套嵴位上只见∆符号出现，而Alt-J的名字也只有另行印在贴纸上。

The Nearer The Fountain, More Pure The Stream Flows, the new studio album from Damon Albarn, will be released by new label home Transgressive Records on 12th November 2021.
The Nearer The Fountain, More Pure The Stream Flows was originally intended as an orchestral piece inspired by the landscapes of Iceland. This last year has seen Albarn return to the music in lockdown and develop the work to 11 tracks which further explore themes of fragility, loss, emergence and rebirth. The result is a panoramic collection of songs with Albarn as storyteller. The album title is taken from a John Clare poem Love and Memory.
Albarn says “I have been on my own dark journey while making this record and it led me to believe that a pure source might still exist.”
Alongside a digital release, there will be limited edition white vinyl format, plus CD and cassette. There will also be a deluxe version of the album, taking the form of a casebound book with additional photography, original scanned lyrics and artwork from Damon, alongside a white vinyl version of the album, a high quality digital file and a bonus 7” featuring an exclusive song from the recording sessions.

唱片的录音棚就是排练室，更早以前它是董亚千家里的老宅，闷在年代久远的四层红砖楼房里，周围住的多数是老人。乐队在这一片早起早睡的潮水里干活，扯淡，吃喝拉撒，无论昼夜，不知大中华盛世将至。
那些80年代的红砖还能叫红色吗，大概只能算煤球渣子的近亲。正如唱歌的最终会沉默，昨日奔跑着的青年和鸵鸟，一转眼就是今天的腐肉，秃鹫。不过，音乐不是为如此这般的现实伴奏的，它一直在它该在的地方，需要一路撕扯着过去的，只是我们。
这么多年，这么一帮人，前前后后兜圈子，现在终于出首张唱片。到了这一步，快和慢是另一个世界的话题。让企业家和文人继续开辩论会吧。专辑在手，大梦初醒，专属于个人的节奏，早就战胜了环境施加的心理暗示。药方就是我们自己，像羽毛，突然的，一下一下的飘落而至。
必须承认首张唱片是土法炼钢，各种自学试验，呼哧呼哧的吹风点火，完全没有大跃进的豪爽速度，反倒前后拖了快两年。修改打磨，福祸焉知。硬伤是免不了的。有时候像拳头打进了棉花，那种落空和被瞬间软化的悲哀，简直让人恨不得放弃所有的努力。相信许多中国乐队也都经历过。不多说。Leonard Cohen 的名言最适合用来安慰：一半怪自己，一半怪环境。
设备东拼西凑，制作也七嘴八舌，反正各种借，骗，着急和糊涂，旧交新朋全部派上了用场。万能青年旅店，名字叫的清楚响亮，自己没开张的时候先轮番被大家招待，欠下的人情堆到天边。这就是生命里的各种麻烦吗。现在描述起来，却又像一幅理想世界的蓝图：众人拾柴浇油，吵吵嚷嚷间，一团火焰轰地着了。
90年代美式另类摇滚很深的影响过这个乐队，现在成员们的喜好包括老摇滚，民谣，爵士乐，迷幻噪音，酒后流行歌，草地唱诗等等，至于作品是什么，光自己说不算。
录音室的窗外，短暂出现过一大片空地。那是开发商圈出的牧场，即将到来的肥肉和鲜血，即将到来的千万人厕身其间刨食的日子。但它曾经是空旷的，好几个足球场那么大的空旷，尤其到了晚上，像真理似的空虚，神秘，给目光以憧憬的机会，让风进来，吹得更猛烈。
唱片完成之时，空地已经被耸立的高楼填满。我们渴望这张塞了很多东西的唱片还能留下空地的丝缕感觉，这样的话，所有听到的人，就有可能并肩站在一起。

Milk and Kisses is an album by Cocteau Twins issued in 1996. It proved their last; a meeting two years later to record a new album ended with the breakup of the band.
The song "Rilkean Heart" is a homage to Jeff Buckley, who was a lifelong lover of the work of poet Rainer Maria Rilke.
The Asian edition of Milk and Kisses contains two bonus tracks ("Flock Of Soul" and "Primitive Heart") and a version of "Serpentskirt" sung by Elizabeth Fraser with C-pop artist Faye Wong as a duet. Wong later recorded an acoustic version of "Rilkean Heart" in her 1997 album Faye Wong, in which Guthrie and Raymonde also wrote a new song "Yu Le Chang" ("Amusement Park") for her.

二十一名飞行员（英语：Twenty One Pilots，亦作TWENTY ØNE PILØTS或简写为TØP）是一个美国音乐组合，于2009年在美国俄亥俄州哥伦布组建。乐队最初由泰勒·约瑟夫、尼克·托马斯与克里斯·萨利赫组成，后两位成员在2011年时退出。目前乐队由主唱泰勒·约瑟夫和鼓手乔许·邓组成。

To those expecting another album like Zaba, this album may end up as a disappointment. Glass Animals found success on a rather unique and creative sound and continued to expand their inner-weirdness and creativity by not playing it safe, instead opting for more ambition. This approach has paid off admirably as How to Be a Human Being is more than just a collection of stories told through characters like the ones on the album’s art, but is also a showcase of the band’s talent. Taking this talent, expending as much creative energy and ridiculousness as possible while deviating from their beloved sound, the result is an album that one would be hard pressed to find a comparable output to; and that’s a fantastic dilemma.

“《追憶逝水年華》除了是啟發自Bergson關於時間的理論和Proust的同名小說《追憶逝水年華》，也是以梁翹柏的心理時間為主導和回憶記錄。
以「追」、「憶」、「逝」、「水」、「年」、「華」融入6首曲的歌名之中，當然有刻意的編排，不如由Kubert自己逐Track解構吧！
Track 1追夢：是專輯的鋼琴序曲。「夢」是指夢境、夢想。「夢境」是永遠存在於過去，而「夢想」則是永遠存在於未來，「夢」便同時存在於時空的兩個極端之
中。「追」卻是現在式。當向著「夢」去追時，好像同時向過去與未來進發。
Track 2詩人回憶錄：代表著梁翹柏對詩人的嚮往和尊崇，也是一部「私人回憶錄」。Kubert極之喜愛已故矇矓派詩人顧城的詩。覺得詩中充滿孤獨感與生命力。而
Kubert在此歌內寫的一首詩，其技巧來自William S. Burroughs的拼貼手法，把顧城很多詩中用過的文字拆散，再仿效下意識書寫的方法來拼貼出新的詩意。在音樂上，「詩人回憶錄」有著很強張力的舖排。尤其那份屬於感官性的音量上極端處理，使音樂不單只侷限在聽，變成是主動地鑽進聆聽者的耳朵，使聽眾能直接地去感受音樂的壓感，也是Kubert碟中最滿意的作品。
Track 3消逝：說一個長期活在追憶過去的人，把現在的一切、時間統統忘記。那人的世界是身邊所有東西都是停頓，當有天察覺四周事物在變化和空間、時間的存
在時，他便知道一直使自己夢繫魂牽的人，經已不再重要。
Track 4落花流水：借一個花瓶打碎的電光火石間，引用意識流的方法來追追溯自己於上一個世紀末荒唐、瘋狂的歲月，那種糾纏於真實與幻覺之間殘存記憶的片段
。其實落花流水的「花」，就是愛花的少年的來世今生。
Track 5浮華若夢：記下梁翹柏以旅客的身份，多年來穿梭外地與香港的種種感覺，結果是無論香港變成怎樣，Kubert都決定再次留下。
在這張專輯內，梁翹柏沒有刻意的去追求新意或突破、沒有使命感、亦沒有憤世疾俗，一切都是隨心所欲。 ”

冰島繼Sigur Rós、Jóhann Jóhannsson、Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson之後，地表上最罕見的動人樂章。
「Eulogy For Evolution」其實是一張非常特殊的唱片，誠如上一段介紹裡提到，Ólafur Arnalds原來在家鄉Mosfellsbær離雷克雅維克偏壤的一個小鎮上，他同時身兼多支Hardcore樂隊的鼓手職務，理應深受重型搖滾音樂的薰染甚過於古典音樂；可是在「Eulogy For Evolution」這張唱片裡，卻處處見到了半古典音樂編制，鋼琴、提琴與弦樂四重奏的鋪排架構，Ólafur Arnalds玩的是猶如Erik Satie、Claude Debussy等人深鬱的鋼琴樂曲，聽來頗有電影配樂般的壯闊景致。Ólafur Arnalds肯定會被拿來與Sigur Rós等人相作比較，無論從草創時期的音樂涉獵，亦或是其後音樂創作上從容不迫的大器，那都有無數可以比較的理由。專輯裡8首曲目全以4位數字來作為標題，看似時間又像是一套數字密碼，彷彿非得解開其背後的動機，才能完整理解Ólafur Arnalds的創作。專輯中除了3055與終幕曲3704／3837等兩首曲子適切地加入了鼓擊與電吉他的噪音聲浪，其餘6部作品均是以鋼琴、弦樂為對話，靜謐而深刻地描繪著對於環境的讚佩。
開場曲0040即是一首辨識度極高的鋼琴演奏曲，旋律非常耳熟；Ólafur Arnalds十指落於黑白琴鍵上的力量，彷彿主宰著天地宇宙，任憑他撥一片雲、淌一團霧，在哀怨苦楚的弦樂伴奏下，叫我想起的是希臘大師安哲羅普洛斯 (Theo Angelopoulos)的電影。我想若能親臨Ólafur Arnalds與弦樂隊的演出現場，一定會叫自己落淚。0048／0729在濕潤的Reverb所凝結的空間氣氛下，遠處傳來微弱的斑鳩琴的哀鳴，既深刻、亦悲楚。0952裡散落的琴音，與愁雲般的弦樂糾結在一塊，彷彿是怎麼拉扯也散不開。1440若來作為電影配樂，絕對相當契合；Ólafur Arnalds花了許多精力在鋼琴的獨奏鋪排上，總是緩慢、緩慢地勾起了一絲絲懸疑、一絲絲宏偉的史詩架構。專輯中最漫長的旅途1953，Ólafur Arnalds彷彿平復了劇烈的情緒，安分地作為故事的引導者，引領聽者一步步地踏往深處的陰極。3326突然又轉為室內樂曲，透過中、小提琴穿插排列出的層次，呈現與前6首曲子截然不同的氣氛。而終幕曲3704／3837的巧妙鋪設，Hardcore音樂、電子剪輯手法，彷彿電台司令之於 Paranoid Android，那種瘋狂、錯亂的景致，叫人愛不釋手。
多才多藝的Ólafur Arnalds也沒有完全丟下對搖滾樂的熱情，先是替友人的樂團My Summer as a Salvation Soldier擔任多項樂器伴奏，還獲邀為美國Indie-Rock樂團Cursive擔任德國巡迴演出的伴奏樂手。完全無法想像，Ólafur Arnalds這居中的多重音樂性格，哪一個才是原來的自己；又或許是性格冷漠卻喜愛尋求刺激的冰島人，的確有著異於常人的敏銳觸覺。「Eulogy For Evolution」是一張驚心動魄、具有罕見美感的音樂大製作，似乎連唱片封套設計都不敢馬虎。而唱片則交由倫敦新銳音樂廠牌Erased Tapes Records於10月29日發行。
