시간, 공간 그리고 소리에 대한 사랑의 기록. 박지하 두 번째 음반 [Philos]
1집 음반 [Communion, 2016] 이후 2년 만에 발표하는 박지하의 신보 [Philos, 2018].
[Philos]는 피리, 생황, 양금 등 박지하가 연주하는 여러 악기로 만든 소리와, 시간과 공간 안에서 발현되는 소리를 쌓아 만든 총 8트랙의 기록이다. 다른 연주자들과의 협업 없이 여러 시간 안의 박지하가 지속적인 작업을 통해 얻은 결과물이다.
음반에 등장하는 모든 소리의 도착과 시작을 이야기하는 첫 곡 'Arrival', 한여름 무더위 속 예고 없이 찾아온 빗소리가 내려준 선물 같은 곡 'Thunder Shower', 2015년 화엄음악제 무대로 한국을 찾았던 레바논의 예술가 디마 엘사예드 (Dima El Sayed)가 박지하의 소리에서 모티브를 얻어 직접 쓰고 낭독한 시를 담은 트랙 'Easy', 오랜 시간과 소리의 중첩으로 만들어진 타이틀곡 'Philos', 서울의 소리를 실시간으로 함께 담은 'Walker: In Seoul', 양금과 생황의 담백하고도 아름다운 선율이 돋보이는 'When I Think Of Her' 등 총 8트랙으로 이루어져 있다.

William Basinski’s reputation as the foremost producer of profound meditations on death and decay has long been established, but on his new album, Lamentations, he transforms operatic tragedy into abyssal beauty. More than any other work since The Disintegration Loops, there is an ominous grief throughout the album, and that sense of loss lingers like an emotional vapor.Captured and constructed from tape loops and studies from Basinski’s archives – dating back to 1979 – Lamentations is over forty years of mournful sighs meticulously crafted into songs. They are shaped by the inevitable passage of time and the indisputable collapsing of space – and their collective resonance is infinite and eternal.

音楽家。作曲家。東京芸術大学音楽学部作曲科卒業、同大学院音楽研究科修士課程修了。2013年日本音楽コンクール作曲部門1位(室内楽)等受賞歴多数。学生時代より、クラシックや現代音楽の作曲家/アレンジャーとして活動を開始し、室内楽からオーケストラまで多くの作品を発表。作品はパリ、ロンドン、モントリオール等海外でも広く演奏され、NHKFMの現代音楽関連番組でも取り上げられている。また東京芸術大学大学院修了オーケストラ作品は大学買上となり、東京芸術大学大学美術館にスコアが永久保存されている。2010年以降は電子音楽やサウンドアートの領域においても活動を開始し、美術館やギャラリーでのライブパフォーマンスや他アーティスト楽曲のリミックス、映像作品への楽曲提供、マルチチャンネルによるサウンドインスタレーション作品などを発表。近年はポップミュージックを含めさらに横断的且つ総合的な活動を展開し、様々な表現形態での作品発表・ライブパフォーマンスを行っている。またコラボレーションワークも積極的に行っており、原摩利彦、大和田俊、梅沢英樹など多くのアーティストとの作品制作を断続的に行っている。2017年、梅沢英樹との共作アルバムをHome Normal(英)よりリリース予定。

音楽と映像の美しき対話。 akisai 待望の2作目。
音響と映像によるパフォーマンスを見せる２人組ユニット、akisaiのセカンドアルバム「images」をリリースします。今作は音楽(CD)と映像(DVD)を同時封入した２枚組となっています。 前作のギターやピアノ、シンセサイザーを中心にした楽曲構成のスタイルを引き継ぎながらも、トランペットやフルートといった管楽器の比重を増やした意欲作です。幅広い音楽的バックボーンを持つ鈴木（音楽担当）が多種の楽器を用いる事により表現力豊かな作品に仕上がり、「akisaiの音楽」の基盤を築いた事を感じさせるだけでなく、今後の展開を期待させる1枚となっています。 DVDには、akisaiの追求する世界観の中で重なり絡み合うヴィジュアル的要素とサウンド的要素が創り上げる抽象的イメージを、別視点から再構築する事をコンセプトとした31分に及ぶ映像作品「re:qualia」を収録。 今作「images」より「bless」、「mistygray」、前作「colors」より「theory」の３楽曲を元に構成され、それぞれの楽曲の持つサウンドイメージを中家（映像担当）が感覚的にヴィジュアルイメージとして昇華し、1つの不可視な糸として観る者の深層にある感覚に対して結びつき、感覚相互のつながりによる新たな共有概念を生み出す可能性を模索しています。 imagesというタイトル通り、音楽と映像による対話を常に試みてきた軌跡によって生まれた作品は、聞く者の想像力を豊かに刺激します。 前作に引き続き、A&Rを小瀬村晶、マスタリングエンジニアを井口寛、写真・アートワークを菊地慎が担当しています。

Perfume 初のコンピレーションアルバム発売!! 通常のベスト盤とは異なり、Perfume本来のポップでダンサンブルな楽曲プラス、海外でも受け入れられるビートの効いたエッジーな楽曲をミックスした"海外向けの入門編"とも言える内容。 これまでの代表曲とも言える「ポリリズム」「レーザービーム」はもちろん、日本ではライブの定番曲としてもおなじみの「チョコレイト・ディスコ」や「FAKE IT」等を収録予定。初回限定盤DVDには「FAKE IT」のVideo Clip他を収録予定。また、初回限定盤には過去に10回行われ、数々の特典で話題を呼んだ「激レア企画」が『Perfume 激レア企画!! 復活&ファイナル!!』として復活! 乞うご期待!

Night Time, My Time is the debut studio album by American singer and songwriter Sky Ferreira. It was released on October 29, 2013, by Capitol Records. The album was originally set to be released in 2011, following the singles "17", "One", and "Obsession". However, they became commercial failures and caused her label to postpone the album repeatedly. As a result, many recording sessions were held for the album; some of which went towards two extended plays (EP), As If! (2011) and Ghost (2012).

Don't Say We Didn't Warn You is the forthcoming second studio album by dance-punk band Does It Offend You, Yeah?. It is due to be released March 14, 2011. The rapper Trip has been confirmed to appear on the album and played a song with the band, live, at The Prodigy's "Warrior's Dance" Festival at the MK Bowl on 24 July. "We Are The Dead" was given away as a free download from the band's official website on 25 August 2010, along with links to the song's "remix parts." The song "All the Same" was featured in the 2010 videogame, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.

Cobra Killer由两位女生Gina V D'Orio和Annika Line Trost于柏林组建，曾担任音速青年（Sonic Youth）欧洲巡演暖场乐队，受到主音Thurston Moore的赞赏。
眼镜蛇杀手说她们想用音乐去治疗听众。看看她们的听众就能立刻明白为什么这样说，她们对听众就像有着良好疗效的药一样。而她们的乐迷里几乎没有人可以逃脱酷爱穿戴奇怪装束的Gina V的魔爪。
Gina V和Annika是极度的红酒爱好者，她们要做的基本上就是把音乐和红酒扔到听众的脸上，然后让现场陷入疯狂。秉承她们现时所属厂牌MONIKA的传统，眼镜蛇杀手讨厌以前电子现场的愚钝表现，穿着华丽制服的她们大玩60、70年代的旧跳舞风，并混合车库摇滚与Techno音乐，以及颠覆性的歌词。
Thurston Moore这样评介这队让他又爱又恨的乐队：“前几个晚上我们和一个叫做眼镜蛇杀手的乐队在德国一起做了几场演出，她们太厉害了……当然有时也让人抓狂，不过我喜欢她们。

What Helios' previous release on Type lacked in character has been fixed by Ayres, no doubt about it. Eingya featured pleasant and clever quasi post-rock, which this album now turns into delightful electro-folk. It turns out that the previous album was missing only one ingredient: vocals! For the first time here, Keith Kenniff (the man behind the Helios moniker) sings, with a very nice, quiet, and frail voice. The opening track, "A Rising Wind," with its multi-tracked looped vocals and aerial ambience, immediately brings to mind Patrick Watson's sound world (minus the electric guitar) crossed with Brian Eno's. This highly melodic, slow-paced song could also be compared to Low, Barzin, or Uphill Racer. The remainder of the album is somewhat less striking yet quite convincing nonetheless, from the delicate guitar arrangements in "Woods and Gives Away" (where the sleigh bells and treated vocals evoke an unlikely hybrid between the Iditarod and Tujiko Noriko, if you can envision that) to the lulling melody of the waltz-like "The Obeisant Vine." This short album (only a half hour) concludes with a cover of "In Heaven," a song from David Lynch's cult film Eraserhead. Rounding out such a short album with someone else's song could be construed as a sign of weakness, but it actually fits the record's overall atmosphere so well that Kenniff could have you think it's one of his own pieces. Eingya felt like a beautiful country house decorated with subtle taste. With Ayres, that house is now inhabited. ~ Fran鏾is Couture
