来自瑞典的老牌旋律死亡金属乐团 Dark Tranquillity ，也是哥德堡金属的领军乐队之一，其风格在黑暗的死亡金属基础上更加注重阴郁、 晦涩的歌特的美感，悲伤、痛苦、绝望的情绪和着优美的旋律交织在一起，如同乐队的名字，在这“寂静的黑暗”中释放出来。
