Trashy fun, less sugary than The Like, punkier, grungier and less dark than The Raveonettes, although the name, the distorted guitars and the pop sensibilities scream for that comparison. Songs like "Message of Love" sound actually like Le Butcherettes, but with a fuller wall of sound. It doesn't make for an easy listening, given the sometimes almost hysterical edge, but fans of this kind of music won't be disappointed.
