Amazon宣布拿下著名作家Lee Child小说系列《侠探杰克 Jack Reacher》的剧集版项目，并交由《天蝎 Scorpion》主创Nick Santora负责，Amazon Studios﹑Skydance Television及Paramount Television联合制片。
Jack Reacher在小说中曾经是美国陆军的军警，离开美军后他以调查员身份接手调查一些可疑或有危险性的案件。
P.S：过去曾主演过两部系列电影《侠探杰克 Jack Reacher》及《侠探杰克：永不回头 Jack Reacher: Never Go Back》的Tom Cruise不会在剧中演出。
