유빈이 2018년 6월 5일, 데뷔 11년 만에 첫 솔로 앨범 [都市女子]와 타이틀곡 “숙녀 (淑女)”를 발표한다. 지난 2007년 그룹 원더걸스에 합류해 'Tell me'부터 'Why So Lonely'까지 황금기를 장식한 유빈이 데뷔 11년여 만에 솔로 가수로 출격한다.

유빈은 대중의 예상을 뛰어넘는 음악적 장르로 솔로 데뷔를 알려 이목을 모았다. 원더걸스 안에서 래퍼로 그리고 지난 2015년 Mnet '언프리티 랩스타2'에서도 랩 실력을 뽐낸 유빈이 보컬리스트로 변신하고 '힙한' 분위기가 넘치는 장르 '시티팝(City Pop)'을 내세운 것.

이번 디지털 싱글 [都市女子]를 아우르는 '시티팝'은 1970~80년대 유행한 도회적 팝 장르로 신디사이저, 키보드, 드럼 머신 사운드를 중심으로 한다. 펑크, 디스코, 미국 소프트 록, R&B 등에서 영향을 받아 세련된 느낌과 청량한 선율이 특징이다. '시티팝'은 최근 유튜브는 물론 미국과 유럽의 DJ들 사이에서 재조명되고 있는 글로벌 트렌드 장르로, 국내에서는 지난해 '월간 윤종신'의 7월호 'Welcome Summer'를 선보인 윤종신 및 인디 뮤지션들이 이 장르를 선보이기도 했다.

유빈은 솔로 데뷔를 앞두고 어떤 모습으로 첫 발을 내디딜지 심사숙고했고, 도회적이면서도 상쾌함이 넘치는 '시티팝' 장르가 자신이 지닌 다양한 개성과 부합하고 또 초여름이라는 계절감에도 잘 어울린다고 판단해 도전하게 됐다. 최근 해외뿐만 아니라 국내 음악시장에서도 트렌디하게 조명받고 있는 장르라는 점도 유빈의 행보에 힘을 싣는다.

홀로서기에 도전하는 유빈의 신곡 “숙녀 (淑女)”는 현실적이면서도 낭만적인 시대상을 반영한 2018년 시티팝. 분주한 도시 속 남녀의 감정을 노래함과 동시에 상대방에게 당당하게 표현을 요구하는 '도시여성'의 모습을 멋지게 그려냈다. 사운드는 묵직한 베이스, 고조된 드럼, 화성, 창법 등 모든 요소를 철저히 계산해 구성했으며 심플하지만 귀에 쏙 들어오는 멜로디가 특징이다.

유빈은 첫 솔로곡을 더욱 효과적으로 표현하기 위해 머리부터 발끝까지 화려하고도 '힙한' 비주얼을 준비했다. 볼륨감을 강조한 헤어, 반짝이는 비즈 드레스, 앤티크한 액세서리 등을 활용하여 '시티팝'의 분위기를 시각적으로 표현해 듣는 재미와 보는 재미를 동시에 만족시킨다.

'솔로 가수' 유빈의 신선하고 파격적인 음악적 시도가 바쁜 도시를 살아가는 리스너들의 감성을 자극할 것으로 기대를 모은다.

《魔方大厦》不是那部迷幻动画片，而是成都夜生活地标建筑，位于领事馆路的BAOLI CLUB（保利中心），这里1到21层密集分布俱乐部和酒吧近20间，通常来说从夜里十一点开始热闹，在凌晨两点达到高潮。属于黑暗的夜行动物们在这个充满未知的空间里彻夜狂欢，借助音乐和酒精笔直向上，自我升腾，消失黑夜尽头，青春散落一地。
《永远年轻》无疑是成都音乐名片马赛克为CHENGDU CITY献上的一曲颂歌，是达摩流浪者里的“永远年轻，永远热泪盈眶”，更是小酒馆主办的系列演出主题：即从2003年开始的成都“永远年轻”摇滚音乐会。其形式类似一年一度的本地地下乐队汇报演出，这里充斥着为音乐出生入死的热血青年，从头天下午持续到第二天后半夜。各种感情都在歌词里，而马赛克将永远为年轻的心持续发声：DANCE FOR YOUTH！
《妳》是一首直击灵魂的走心之作，关于爱，关于梦想，关于我们身边那个最重要的人。夏颖每次现场演绎之时，贝斯旋律响起之前，都会说这么一句话：“每个人这辈子都在寻找那个‘妳’，如果找到了，就请珍惜那个‘妳’。”
《TAKE TAKE TAKE》则前无古人后无来者，以最直白赤裸的辞藻表达空虚难耐而漫无目的夜晚希望逃离的强烈愿望，属于马赛克特有的直接而赤城，冲动而勇敢，别怀疑，这才是真成都，“夜猫”出动，Take me away！

23 years later, they’re finally BACK! Get ready for a new disco-funk anthem with the anticipated return of Chic.
Chic is an American band that was organized during 1976 by guitarist Nile Rodgers and bassist Bernard Edwards, now they are staged as Chic featuring Nile Rodgers. (Rodgers impact)
It was announced that Nile Rodgers has signed a new record deal with Warner Bros. with a release of a new Chic album for the first time in in more than two decades.
The lead single is the disco-gem “I’ll Be There“, released on digital retailers on 20 March 2015. The album will be titled “It’s About Time“, and it’s scheduled to be released in June.
In other news, Rodgers gave an update on his new solo material with a new track called “Do What You Wanna Do“, released in 2014, and also announced that a Chic-inspired musical is in the early stages of production.

London synth-pop songstress Elly Jackson, a.k.a. La Roux, has unveiled the third track from her upcoming sophomore record, Trouble in Paradise, due out July 8th via Cherrytree/Interscope.
Following “Let Me Down Gently” and “Uptight Downtown”, “Tropical Chancer” is, as its name might imply, inspired by the island music of calypso and dancehall. Here, Jackson’s more structured, disco-indebted vocals lend a sense of focus to the more unrestrained rhythms of ’70s funk bass and echoey steel drums. Either way, it makes me want to grab a piña colada and hit the beach pronto.

Disco 4 is the eighteenth album by Synth Pop legends The Pet Shop Boys it is also the fourth in the duo's very own 'Disco' series. This is a compilation of remixes of their own songs and remixes of other artists. Yoko Ono, Madonna and David Bowie are some of the lucky few to get remixed on this series. It also includes the 'Maxi-Mix remixes of songs such as 'Sorry' by Madonna and 'I'm With Stupid' which was only available on the Japanese release of the album Fundamental. Disco 3 is the thirteenth album by the UK electronic music duo Pet Shop Boys. It was released in 2003. It consists of five remixes of songs and B-sides from their previous album, Release, three new tracks, a new recording of "Positive role model" from their 2001 musical Closer to Heaven, and a cover version of "Try it (I'm in love with a married man)", originally by Oh Romeo, band of former Pet Shop Boys producer Bobby Orlando.
"Somebody Else's Business" and "Positive Role Model" were destined for their cancelled hits compilation in 2000. "Positive Role Model" also appeared on the Germany-only single, "London" in 2002.
"If looks could kill" and "Try it..." debuted during a 2002 Peel Session, along with "A powerful friend", a song that remained unreleased until it was uploaded to the "Exclusives Tracks" section of the band's official website.[1] It was also released as the b-side to their 2010 single "Love Life".
This album has been released with the Copy Control protection system in some regions.

Released in 1993, the album contained what could be considered a career retrospective so far for Tyler. Starting from her initial single "Lost in France" and going through "Bitterblue" (and other singles from that album), and crossing many classics along the way ("Total Eclipse of the Heart", "It's a Heartache", "Hide Your Heart", and more), The Very Best of Bonnie Tyler covers them all. This compilation was released exclusively in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. On the plus side, two singles where she makes guest appearances are on this album.
While the rest of her career after the album Bitterblue is not featured on this album, it still offers a good synopsis of her career to date. The album was a bestseller in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and awarded gold or platinum awards there. The songs are sorted on the album by chronology based on their original album (guest appearances follow this rule too).
One new track is featured ("I Can't Leave Your Love Alone"). There is no record of it being released as a single. Following the album rule of chronology, it appears at the end of the album (released after Bitterblue).

Disco 2 is the eighth album by UK electronic music duo Pet Shop Boys. Released in September 1994 by Parlophone Records, it consists of remixes of songs from their 1993 Very and recent B-sides.
It was an attempt to showcase their recent remixes and possibly recreate some of the critical success of the earlier remix collection Disco, however Disco 2 is one of the Pet Shop Boys' most poorly received albums by critics and fans. The tracks on the CD were mixed into one long continuous megamix by DJ Danny Rampling. As a result, most of the tracks are in edited versions, having been cut off mid-way through in a crossfade into the following tracks (as a DJ might do while mixing music live). Some of the tracks were reduced by more than half of their original lengths in this way. In addition, some tracks were sped up or slowed down, in order to match the overall tempo of the mix.
Originally, Pet Shop Boys planned to release an expanded version of the 1993 limited album Relentless mixed with their favourite remixes and they got Danny Rampling to try a megamix of Relentless tracks and remixes, but they were not happy with the results.
A limited edition of the album was released in the USA and contained a second CD with rare tracks and remixes.
