Last night (you were in my sex dreams!), the “MANiCURE” musician unveiled the cover art for her upcoming don’t-call-it-single (also known as a buzz-single-unless-it-hits-#1-on-iTunes), “Do What U Want” (feat. R. Kelly),” which she recently teased in her experimental #art film, “Best Buy for Beats by Dr. Dre Headphones.”

A snippet of Lady Gaga's piano ballad “Marry The Night” has surfaced, in which the evening’s bride-to-be calls herself a “warrior queen.”

Born This Way is the second studio album and third major release by American recording artist Lady Gaga. It was released on May 23, 2011 by Interscope Records as a follow up to her internationally successful, The Fame (2008) and the extended play The Fame Monster (2009). Born This Way is notably different from The Fame and The Fame Monster as it incorporates a broader range of elements of several musical genres such as opera, heavy metal, disco, and rock and roll, and fuses those elements with sounds of electropop and dance. The album also is heavily inspired by synthpop and electronic music from the 1980s and 90s. In the album, the central themes include those of religion, sexuality, and feminism. On the record, Gaga worked with several producers, including RedOne, the only hold over for her previous work. With Born This Way, Gaga took more control of her musical direction and the album composition.
Production first took place in early 2010, with recording sessions for the album took place at various recording studios around the world. The title was revealed in September at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards after Gaga's win of the Video of the Year Award for "Bad Romance". Just a week before the album's scheduled release, the contents were leaked online, but were shortly removed due to copyright violations.
Three singles and one promotional single were released for the album. "Born This Way", the lead single, topped the charts in over eighteen countries including the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States. It would become the fastest selling single in iTunes history, having sold over 1 million copies within its first five days. "Judas" was the second single for Born This Way. The song peaked on the top ten in nineteen countries. "The Edge of Glory", originally released as one of two proposed promotional singles, was shortly made as the third single of the album. The song debuted at number three on the Billboard Hot 100, and topped the charts in Brazil and South Korea. The promotional single for the album, "Hair", peaked at number twelve on the Billboard Hot 100 and chart on the musical charts in sixteen different countries.
The album has been met with generally positive reception from contemporary critics, who complimented Gaga's vocals and the album's varying musical styles. However, the repetitive use of the word "Jesus", in addition to the employment of church bells and monk voices in many of the album's tracks including "Marry the Night," "Bloody Mary" and "Electric Chapel" have all resulted in negative reactions from some Christian societies, including those in Lebanon, where Born This Way was temporarily banned. Despite such strife, Born This Way topped the charts in twenty-three countries. It debuted atop the US Billboard 200 chart with first-week sales of 1.11 million copies. Over 430,000 of these sales were at a special price of US$ 0.99, which Amazon.com offered for two days during the album's first week of release.

全世界瞩目，万众期待的Lady Gaga回归了，她2011年全新单曲《Born This Way》2月11日正式于全美电台首播，歌曲风格依然是“夫人”擅长的电子乐，舞曲节奏震撼你的听觉。
据外国媒体报道，时尚教母Lady Gaga日前公布她的全新录音室专辑《Born This Way》将于5月23日在全美发布，该专辑将收录17首全新单曲。早前，Lady Gaga在接受著名时尚杂志《Vogue》采访时曝光了5首收录在新碟的单曲曲目，其中包括《Hair》、《Bad Kids》和《Government Hooker》。

而在采访中，Lady Gaga借机宣传她即将推出的新碟第二首主打单曲《Judas》，其中说道：“这首歌的旋律像是为了女子组合罗奈特乐队(The Ronettes)量身订做一般，这也是一首节奏强劲的舞曲，当然其中说的也是与爱情有关的故事，在这我可要卖个小关子，乐迷们还是翘首期待吧。”

据悉，Lady Gaga这张备受关注的专辑《Born This Way》将于5月开始发售，同时将推出豪华版，豪华版除了加入《Born This Way》专辑中的原始曲目，还加添加三首录音室单曲以及五首混单曲。而这张专辑将于2月26日在官网接受预售，《Born This Way》这首单曲将于北京时间2月11日下午5点全球首播。

The album will include the entire breakthrough album The Fame, along with eight entirely new songs. The Fame Monster (Streamline/KonLive/Cherrytree/Interscope Records), deals with the seamier side of fame, as experienced by Gaga over the course of her last history-making year. The new version will be released on November 24, 2009.
Says Lady Gaga, "On my re-release The Fame Monster, I wrote about everything I didn't write on The Fame. While traveling the world for two years, I've encountered several monsters, each represented by a different song on the new record: my 'Fear of Sex Monster,' my 'Fear of Alcohol Monster,' my 'Fear of Love Monster,' my 'Fear of Death Monster,' my 'Fear of Loneliness Monster,' etc."
"I spent a lot of nights in Eastern Europe, and this album is a pop experimentation with industrial/Goth beats, 90's dance melodies, an obsession with the lyrical genius of 80's melancholic pop, and the runway. I wrote while watching muted fashion shows and I am compelled to say my music was scored for them. I also composed a ballad for the album, 'Speechless,' a song for my father, and it's my favorite work of all. I wrote every piece on the road - no songs about money, no songs about fame. The first club-banging single, the RedOne-produced "Bad Romance," will be released in early November. Other collaborators on the new tracks include Teddy Riley, Rodney Jerkins, Ron Fair and Fernando Garibay.
Lady Gaga is also in the process of planning her next tour after her co-headlining tour with Kanye West was canceled last week.
