The album was announced on 16 April 2020 with the single "Gimme Love". It was originally set to be released on 10 July 2020, but on 12 June 2020 Joji announced that the album had been delayed to 25 September 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

MAGDALENE is produced by FKA twigs and, as with LP1, the recording process has been directed by her at every stage. It was recorded between London, New York and Los Angeles over the last three years and features major contributions from Nicolas Jaar alongside a host of other collaborators. MAGDALENE sees FKA twigs creating a whole new artistic universe and it is, without doubt, her most masterful, innovative work to date.

Josef Salvat is an upcoming Australian singer. He had his first international success after who has become famous after release of his EP In Your Prime when Sony picked Salvat's cover of Rihanna's song "Diamonds" for promotion of Sony's new 4K Ultra HD television screen. Salvat has appeared in a number of important music festivals including Lovebox Festival in London, Lowlands in the Netherlands and collaborated with British recording engineer, record producer and mixer Dan Grech-Marguerat. He also opened for American singer-songwriter Banks in the British leg of her ''Goddess Tour.

The talented London-based crooner Josef Salvat is keep growing up with Open Season, a new fantastic taste off the artist’s imminent In Your Prime EP, With an amazing hook, gorgeous production and (of course) Josef’s fine vocals, it’s easy to sink into this new track, that it might be his most infectious song yet. This Is Acting is the seventh studio album by Australian singer-songwriter Sia. It was released on 29 January 2016 by Inertia, Monkey Puzzle and RCA. The album was preceded by the release of the lead single, "Alive" on 24 September 2015. The album is mainly an electropop album with soul influences. The album is composed of songs written by Sia that were rejected by other artists, such as Adele and Rihanna.
The album received generally positive reviews from music critics, who complimented the big bold beats and Sia’s vocals. However, some critics did not like the fact that the songs were not very personal and the messages of the songs could be taken in different ways.

Lana Del Rey has shared more details about her new record, Ultraviolence. The follow-up to 2012's Born to Die is expected to arrive this year via Interscope, featuring collaborations with Black Keys frontman Dan Auerbach. The singer has now revealed the tracklist on Facebook. It includes the single "West Coast" as well as some very Lana Del Rey-esque titles: "Fucked My Way Up to the Top", "Money Power Glory", "The Other Woman", etc.
