本部纪录片由三条线索组成，对中国摇滚十年做了一次大回顾。第一条线索由寻找小珂引出。这个曾经是“做梦”乐队吉他手的漂亮男孩吴珂，曾在1990年北京轰动一时。可惊世骇俗的他，却在1996年神秘的消失了。第二条线索是有关“魔岩三杰”的前世今生。这三位在大陆摇滚乐坛中举足轻重的乐手，创造出了一个理想年代。第三条线索则是跟拍在录音棚打工的男孩小畅。当大家跟随镜头来到他的山东老家时，一群农村青年齐声高唱Beyond的《真的爱你》。
正如导演在开篇所言：由一无所有，到冷暖自知，到黑色梦中，大陆的第一代摇滚乐手创造出如流星闪耀的理想年代，旋即遇上MP3和商业主义的大环境，超女也来了，第一代也成为被背弃的一代。但崔健、窦唯、何勇、张楚这群孤独的人一点也不可耻，经历了理想破灭，过来人道出时代的精神状貌；他们如今还是不折不扣完整的音乐家，走在上帝保佑吃饱了饭的人民之前。

The Rammstein - Live aus Berlin DVD is a compilation of two live concerts filmed at Berlin's open-air Parkbühne ("park stage") Wuhlheide in August 1998. The DVD offers 17 of the band's songs, most of which are found on the two CD albums "Sehnsucht" and "Herzeleid." The show itself is a very entertaining performance with plenty of the usual stunts, pyrotechnics, and lighting effects you'd expect from an industrial metal band.

Shot by movie maestro Peter Whitehead,this film features rare full length performances from the classic late 60's Pink Floyd line-up at Sound Techniques London & material from the legendary '14 hour Technicolor Dream' extravaganza in April '67 at Alexandra Palace. The footage includes performance art by Yoko Ono and a Sgt. Pepper era John Lennon taking in the festivities(John and Yoko had not met then)

Remember That Night is a live concert recording of Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour's solo concerts at the Royal Albert Hall in May 2006 as part of his On an Island tour. The title is taken from a line in the song "On an Island". It has been released on both DVD and Blu-ray formats. The DVD version came out September 17, 2007 in the UK, Europe and Australia, and on September 18, 2007 in the USA and Canada. The Blu-ray version was released on November 20, 2007.

Prog Rock Britannia is a comprehensive, feature-length documentary about progressive music and the generation of bands that made it - from the international success stories of Yes, Genesis, ELP, King Crimson and Jethro Tull, to the trials and tribulations of the lesser-known bands such as Caravan and Egg.
The film is structured in three parts, charting the birth, rise and decline of a movement famed for complex musical structures, weird time signatures, technical virtuosity and strange – quintessentially English – literary influences.
It looks at the psychedelic pop scene that gave birth to progressive rock in the late Sixties, the golden age of progressive music in the early Seventies – complete with drum solos and gatefold record sleeves – and the over-ambition, commercialisation and eventual fall from grace of this rarefied musical experiment at the hands of punk in 1977.
The documentary is a provocative, humorous but affectionate re-appraisal of a music that was the value system of an all-too-brief period in British popular music

A chronological look at The Doors, focusing on lead singer, Jim Morrison (1943-1971), from the formation of the band in 1965, it's first gigs, and first album, to Morrison's death, after years of alcohol and drug use. Along the journey, we see archival footage of rehearsals, performances, and private moments including a Miami concert resulting in Morrison's arrest and trial for indecency. His love of the spotlight, his desire to be a poet, and his alcohol-fueled mood swings lead to a back and forth between public and private desires, successes, and failures. The band's music plays throughout.
