李健第六张同名创作专辑《李健》，用了各种不同的媒介，词、曲、编曲、乐器配制、设计、当代艺术，衬托出这张属于四十岁的专辑：关于不惑之年、关于对命运的思考、关于束手无力时的心态，整张专辑就像在生命的不完美中，寻找属于自己的那份归属。

如果说人在异乡能有什么深刻的感受，应该就是对时间的感受，尤其是到不同的时区，昨天跟明天的概念变得明确又不那么明确。这首歌曲是在意大利创作的，由于时差的关系，李健起得特别早，突然发现早上的阳光给了他一种从未有过的希望，欣喜的感受到一天起始的状态，过去已随着时间过去，人却能充满希望的重新开始。
歌曲创作的概念带着一点魔幻主义，借鉴了马尔克斯的写作方法：人特别早起时会有种感受，好像昨夜的梦还没忘掉，却已走入现实，就像处在现实与梦境中的状态，一种萌发状态。「我看见梦中人走出彩色的房间」，就像一个幻影，可能是少年时候的自己，歌词描述这个少年人看见梦中人的感觉，他对女性的印象似油画一般，那意象是美好、充满希望的，恰如早晨的阳光。在音乐的配置上，加入了欧洲民俗音乐特色的手风琴，合声的部份配上了美声，融合意大利标志性的歌剧元素，整首歌就像在传述欧洲民间的浪漫故事。
