兵马司唱片（Maybe Mars） 厂牌的第三张出品，是北京三人乐队Snapline的首张专辑《Party Is Over，Pornostar》。
由歌手陈曦、低音结他手李维思以及结他兼键琴手李青（她也是Carsick Cars 的团员） 所组成的Snapline，他们为当年发起No Beijing乐潮的四支乐团之一。外界把他们概括为一支Post-Punk乐伍，聆听其《Party Is Over，Pornostar》专辑时，总不难寻见师承自Joy Division、P.I.L.、The Cure的音乐熏陶而来，加上他们的歌曲又是全英语主唱，Snapline身上的英伦Post-Punk甚至是Art Punk底蕴之浓烈，乃毋庸置疑。
陈曦的主唱渗着冷冷而内敛的情感，演绎出一份后崩乐队的冷酷；利瓦伊思指上所游走出是典型不过的Post-Punk式Bassline；而李青的吉他弹奏时而扑朔迷离、时而却又筑起Noisenik的音墙。然而一行三人的他们并没有鼓击手，所以Snapline是那种“鼓机结他乐队”。从鼓机输出直击心房的电气化节拍驰骋，也成为了他们在音乐上的特质，甚至由于歌曲节拍的跳脱，故令到其音乐也可以纳入所谓Dance-Punk之类别。
为《Party Is Over，Pornostar》揭开序幕的是“Close Your Cold Eyes”，那宛如糅合了The Cure般由结他勾勒出的迷离氛围与Joy Division的紧凑节奏。然而紧接而来的“Holy Comments”却是由Industrial结他Riff驱动的工业摇滚曲目，陈曦的歌声却来得好比John Lydon般狂放不羁兼且神经质，是足以令人着魔的狂舞乱调。而“Catch You Low”则让急疾的鼓机节拍与连绵的后崩式Bassline丝丝入扣而来，为歌曲提供了一股低调的张力。
Snapline在这张专辑里所构成，是一段分崩离析的音乐里程。“Porno Star”叫人沉溺在其低回、缓慢、混沌而Dubby的曲式，凝聚着一份苍白的无力感，而且李青却在稍后为歌曲绽放出排山倒海而来的结他噪音独奏，相当之慑人心魄。另一方面，追女仔歌曲“Jenny”以及相当跳脱的“S#1”，是不折不扣的Dance -Punk之作；而“Let In”乘着4/4 Upbeat的节拍而来，配上迷离的结他弹奏，感觉可谓跟P.I.L. 的“Death Disco”来得同出一彻。“Single Beat”那简约的Post-Punk / New Wave曲风，又大可联想到Wire呢。要急激的Post-Punk攻略，“Yellow Cab“是他们最狂野的一刻。
外界好像暂时没有人为Snapline扣上Gothic的标签，然而李青一手扑朔迷离的吉他勾线，却不时为他们的歌曲扫上一片Gothic的幽悒色调。所以“S#2”足以跟那群Post-Punk / Gothic元老乐队的快板歌曲作相提并论；缓慢阴郁的Gothic曲目除了上述的“Porno Star”之外，那还有曲如其名地叫人听得眩晕迷幻的“Spinning”吧。

乐队成立于2003年3月，风格为后朋克，受70年代英国乐队 Bauhaus, Joy Division, The Cure等影响。2004年4月开始在北京演出2004年9月与OURSELF BESIDE ME一起全国7个城市巡演2005年1月应邀与瑞典“国际噪音阴谋”同台演出2005年1月签约摩登天空BADHEAD2005年9月在“摩登天空5”中发行单曲“a vision of Chris”2005年10月开始录制第一张EP《CUT OFF!》2005年11月发行EP《CUT OFF！》2005年11月 进行了全国11个城市的第一轮巡演2006年 2月 获“百事音乐风云榜”“最佳摇滚新人”提名。

其实,重塑里我比较喜欢的还是他们的女贝司手刘敏,她也因为是女性而格外的引人注目.她曾经是在2000年震撼了整个中国地下音乐界的女子朋克乐队U235的成员.看过他们现场的人都觉得他们的现场感觉很棒,甚至有人说十张专集比不上一场现场的话.我很期待他们的现场,很羡慕那些看过现场的人.
在后朋克以濒临绝种的今天,重塑的出现无论是从听觉还是视觉上无疑都做到了将我们拯救的地步,希望他们能大步向前.因为他们是中国摇滚乐的新希望.

New Order are an English rock band formed in 1980 by vocalist and guitarist Bernard Sumner, bassist Peter Hook and drummer Stephen Morris. The band formed after the demise of Joy Division, following the suicide of lead singer Ian Curtis; they were joined by Gillian Gilbert on keyboards later that year.

乐队开始巡演，多方面的系列变化已验证乐队接近极限。他们仍带来单曲， “reverence ”。而新唱片命名为Honey`S Dead 。这无疑是乐队展现才华最充分的一张专辑。随后他们与Dinosaur Jr 、 My Bloody Valentine 、Blur 共同举行了声名狼籍的 Rollercoaster 巡演，然后参加第二届Lollapalooza音乐节。

1993年

1994年

1998年
新专辑Munki出版，其中Hope Sandoval和Vanilla Reid(Jim和William的妹妹）参与演唱，Terry Edwards演奏管乐。在英国与The Kings Of infinite Space一起巡演，而后一个夏天参加各种音乐节（Glastonbury/Phoenix/ T In The Park/Belicassim）。又受John Peel的邀请，和suicide一起参加在南部海滩举行的Meltdown音乐节。 在巡演中，由Jim担任主音，William和Ben弹奏吉他，Phil King是贝斯手，Nick Sanderson(偶尔被Geoff Donkin代替）为鼓手。然而在美国巡演的几场演出后，William决定离队，巡演在他离开后继续进行。

2007 digitally remastered and expanded edition of the third album from the Post-Punk band led by former Buzzcocks vocalist Howard Devoto. Originally released in 1980, this reissue now features four bonus tracks: 'Twenty Years Ago', 'Book', 'Upside Down' and 'The Light Pours Out Of Me' (Single Version). Virgin.

Feeling no doubt burdened by the various claims of being the new Sex Pistols, and likely fed up with accusations that the walls of feedback were their own trick, the Reid brothers underwent a bit of a rethink with Darklands. The end result must have fallen squarely between two camps -- hardly eligible for sunny commercial airplay, not quite as flailing as the earliest efforts -- but, from a distance, this is an appealing, enjoyable record. Songs were often longer while the album itself was shorter than Psychocandy, walls of sound were often stripped away in favor of calmer classic rock twang and groove, while William Reid took the lead vocal at points, showing he had a slightly sweeter, wistful tone in comparison to his brother. However, the changes on Darklands can be overstated -- the basic formula at the heart of the band (inspired plagiarism of melodies and lyrics alike, plenty of reverb, etc.) stayed pretty much the same, even if the mixes were cleaned up -- compare "Down on Me" to any Psychocandy cut for a good example of the difference. The use of drum machines in place of Bobby Gillespie's rumble tended to enforce the newer focus, but at the album's best, such a seeming dichotomy didn't cause too much worry. "April Skies" made for a great single, while the soaring-in-spite-of-itself "Happy When It Rains" was another winner, one that Garbage more or less made its own some years later for its own similarly titled hit. William's singing turns made for other highlights as well, notably "Nine Million Rainy Days," the overt misery of the title suiting the dark crawl of the song, and the lengthy lament "On the Wall." Darklands is no Psychocandy in the end -- nothing the band released later ever was -- but it's still a good listen.

The second album by John Lydon's post-Sex Pistols outing Public Image Ltd. was originally released in the UK in 1979 in a limited edition film canister-style metal box containing three 12" 45s. Some copies managed to float across the Atlantic into the hands of a fortunate few, making it a post-punk collectors' holy grail.

Unavailable for almost thirty years, the Metal Box is back as an exact replica of the original, remastered for better sound than the 1979 vinyl!

In Lydon's own words: "Metal Box was hard work. First, Virgin weren't very sure about the metal package, you know, cost, blah blah blah. So we offered to pay for some of it by reducing our advance from them. Obviously the idea of putting a record in a metal box was a bit unusual. The idea came from film canisters. We all thought video and film was the future. Besides, I've always collected vinyl and this was a really good way of stopping it getting damaged."

Unknown Pleasures is the debut studio album by English rock band Joy Division, released on 15 June 1979 on Tony Wilson's Factory Records label.[1] The album was recorded and mixed over three successive weekends at Stockport's Strawberry Studios in April 1979 and was produced by Martin Hannett, who incorporated a number of unconventional recording and production techniques into the group's sound. The cover artwork was designed by artist Peter Saville. It is the only Joy Division album released during lead singer Ian Curtis's lifetime. Factory Records did not release any singles from Unknown Pleasures, and the album did not chart despite the relative success of the group's non-album debut single "Transmission". It has since received sustained critical acclaim as an influential post-punk album, and has been named as one of the best albums of all-time by publications such as NME, AllMusic, Select and Spin.
