一直在听Anorectic，认识它的时间远远超过了前两张。我带着那许多疑问和迥然不同的第一感逐首斟酌，试图去整合头脑中零散的感觉，理出点点头绪。终于，渐渐，一切从迷惑到明朗，从突如其来的冲击到会心一笑的恍然大悟，这个过程看似缓慢，又似乎只是瞬间的一闪，我开始在那些所谓的尝试中剔出我熟悉的Negative。
Planet of the Sun依然是Anorectic中我最钟爱的一首，尽管我已经不再试图重新编排MV的画面。曾经一次次闭上眼睛，在头脑中重新编排MV的画面，我只是不那么甘心接受这场马戏。人造的快乐，出卖自己悲伤的权利，场边的笑声，尖锐而荒唐，背后是麻木和畸形的快乐需求……想不起源于什么，但这是我对那种传统的流动式马戏团的感觉，那里洋溢着的喜笑颜开不但从来都无法让我开心，反而让我感到辛酸。我害怕看到小丑，害怕看人们那样夸张的讨好的笑。MV的背景就是马戏团，新专辑的封面就是小丑，这让我觉得诡异而不安。爱尔兰陡峭沉默的海岸，苍茫冷静的大海，猛烈高傲的海风，渺小的人类的点点生命，这是我头脑中的映像。这音乐传递给我的，不是纵穿时空的迷乱，而是清晰的高度，一飞冲天的果敢，和纵身一跃的超然。任何世间的纷扰，在这个星球与生俱来的强大力量面前，都显得无足轻重，之所以为之所困，只是我们自己没有足够的坚强。也只有在这样的力量面前，我们能够不是无奈的呻吟be born again，而是充满新生的渴望和激情，呐喊love should be easy when there’s someone to hold on。在这里，它给我们足够的空间和自由，没有任何束缚，而我们却做不到。无助，但接受，因为只有在它面前，我们毫无羞愧的承认自己的弱小。钟爱这首歌，因为头脑中时而昏黄时而明亮的画面交错？也许只是因为熟悉，因为一段可以整天听同一首歌的隐约记忆。
开始拂去最初的错觉——认为Anorectic中的Jonne把歌曲的音域狭窄化了。这样的感觉源于Jonne风格的细微转变。Anorectic的旋律没有从前那样清澈明晰，也没有那般流畅的起伏。他把音域游走的周期拖得更长，以至于在被我的意识划分的歌曲单元里，只听到那宽阔区间的小子集。加之许多歌曲中间的风格突变，我在最初甚至无法分辨开每一首歌（e.g. A Song for the Broken Hearted and Sinner Night/Misty Morning），无法将同一首歌的不同部分组合起来形成对一首歌完整的印象(e.g. A Song for the Broken Hearted、One Last Shot、In Memoriam)。而这些又恰恰是这张专辑的特征。
在War of Love和Sweet & Deceitful中，Jonne不留给我溜走的间隙，清晰的结构，随性的紧弛安排，一切都那么和谐，像小河中独木舟的顺流直下，忽略的风景，不妨碍我平和的欣赏。而在Anorectic中，我时常在错觉中迷路，然后又忽然听到他的召唤。
谈回到音域，与我的错觉相反，Anorectic是Jonne对自己苛刻的挑战。他毕竟不是Aerosmith，也不是Bon Jovi，这样任性的写歌，是对自己的残忍。可他就是这样做完了Anorectic。我能想象得到录音棚中他剧烈起伏的胸膛，和双眉紧皱的神情。说过，我欣赏极限，但他并未达到我神经的极限，因为他只是Jonne。可是，我听到他真实的心中的旋律。Embracing Past的古怪，只是瞬间的灵感，而不是他对音乐的一贯追求。也许，我对他太苛刻了，心理感觉中的两个音差，便产生了这样的感觉：像是从水底奋力上浮，即将冲出水面畅快呼吸的时候，忽然发现头顶是不厚不薄但足以封锁了出口的冰层，并不绝望，但那种强烈的希望和本来即将来临的释放又成了略带焦急和茫然的摸索……其实，Jonne在那几句中慢慢的爬升了八度，只是用了更多的不规则音，用了在我看来是被压迫的方式而已。不自由，并且未能找到通向自由的出路，这是Embracing Past给我的感觉。
初听Anorectic，最不需要时间来熟悉和习惯的歌，就是Fading Yourself。这又是一首精彩的短歌，像从前的Locked in the Dark Side和In My Heaven。写这样的歌，Jonne从未失败过。这首歌体现了Jonne一贯的风格，温柔的开始，和对高潮的偏执。Jonne的歌词从不说谎，他甚至会不惜面对不可抗拒的frighteningly honest的歌词，以至于无限的增加了他唱歌时的焦虑。也恰恰是这种诚实，我一直看到Jonne，看到他心中所想的一切，他对生活的理解，他的矛盾，他的微微恐惧，还有他一直以来对抽象的freedom的寻求。Fading Yourself，第二人称，这必然是一个曾一度令他由茫然到绝望到愤怒的刺激。他试图要通过拯救别人来拯救自己。但这不现实。在这样一个世界中，承受自己，也面对别人的真实。不要在真实的世界中寻找faith，更不要在真实的瑕疵面前质疑自己，回到自己的心里，不确定的信任只会fading自己。希望Jonne明白。
Swans中，有Sir，Larry的影子，所以很classical NGT。美丽的事物，在不同的人眼中，呈现出不同的映像。有人看到纯洁，有人看到华丽，有人却看到纯洁的脆弱和凄美。这个人就是Jonne。而Jonne眼中的Swans就像我眼中的Jonne。Chorus部分的旋律总觉得和Sir有关，像他弹吉他的姿势，像他拨弦的频率，像他低头的专注。
A Song for the Broken Hearted，如果没有那个突兀的结尾，就是又一首漂亮的长歌。这样不明其意的结尾，有牵强的嫌疑，不像Angels Won’t Lie那样自然而华美。也许，Jonne只是想用这样奇怪的方式来打破这样的心境。人经常很奇怪，透着本质的软弱，当自己无法真正摆脱，当自己无力真正面对，就用一种近乎崩溃的方式与自己决裂，用一个荒诞的自己来掩盖真实的痛苦，以为别人看不到，自己也会渐渐忘记。
累了。就像原来说过的，Jonne的芬兰气质，让人有点疲惫。

However the further development of the band is clear to hear. The pieces are full of changes, combining the atmospheric, partly rocky moments of their debut album ”Kauan” with the shamenistic sounds of their mini CD ”airut:ciwi”.
”Väre” creates images before your mind´s eye – romantic pictures of untouched countrysides and deep forests far away from civiliasation.

Endless Forms Most Beautiful is the upcoming eighth album by Finnish symphonic power metal band Nightwish. It is due to be released on March 27, 2015 in the EU, on March 30 in the UK and on March 31 in the USA. It is the first album of the band with new singer Floor Jansen, as well as the first to feature Troy Donockley, who played uillean pipes and various other instruments on Dark Passion Play and Imaginaerum, as a full-time member.
It is also their first album without drummer Jukka Nevalainen, who had to take a temporary break from the band due to suffering of strong insomnia, leading him to step away from both the album and its subsequent tour. All the drum parts of the album were consequently played by Kai Hahto from Wintersun and Swallow the Sun; due to this, this album features only five Nightwish members, despite being their first album released with the band being a sextet.
The first single from the album, titled "Élan", will be released on February 13, 2015.
