檸檬精是一支於06年成軍的廣州話hip hop組合。成員分別是兩位地道廣州人mc昭 aka. chill terrific 和 producer Petechen。chill的歌詞充滿了市井小市民對生活的理解和超現實天馬行空，加上petechen的新派boombap總能讓你在每個歌詞節奏之間感受到一種cult電影般的氣息：一種時而現實時而迷幻的感覺，仿佛把你帶到了那個7，80年代蒸汽騰騰，吵吵鬧鬧的老廣州。
一直在中國地下hiphop界若隱若現。他們相信保持低調是製作出好東西的先決條件。8年的積澱如今終於在高質hiphop廠牌Groove Bunny Records發出他們的第一張專輯，紮實的說唱與製作同時秉承組合一路以來的自由隨意風格。不需要引領或改變什麼，因為這就是我們所理解的hip hop。
