Léon Masy sets off on board the boat that he built in his garage in Seraing to discover the activist's future. As he sails down the Meuse through today's landscape of old factories, he returns to the scene of a strike: that of 1960 when, for the last time, the lights of a rebellious region were reflected in the river's waters and when, also for the last time, he believed that his utopian dream would become a reality!
