在Nike+ Guided Runs里面听到Flanagan推广自己的新书一时兴起买来看 本来以为又将是一次对明星runner的信仰充值 但跟着弄了几个菜之后发现意外易做好吃,而且好像吃完之后跑起来真的更轻松了(?)唯一遗憾的就是她非常喜欢的两种食材:芹菜和甜菜,我都吃不惯,所以有一些菜是注定没法跟着做了...
