HOOPTOBER NINE! NIGHT TWENTY-EIGHT! + 2022 CULT MOVIE CHALLENGE WEEK 43: SLASHER WEEK This one was considerably wilder and further afield from the run-of-the-mill slasher than I was expecting. Very much along the same lines as the same year's Christmas Evil, in terms of presenting us with a quasi-realistic and revealing character study of a psycho killer, like a hybrid of a '70s neo-noir and the cartoonier slashers that would arrive on the scene later.
