HOOPTOBER 3.0 NIGHT SIX: + 2024 ANTI-CRITERION CHALLENGE #13: Made in Uruguay (south of Tropic of Capricorn) A very slow burn, and maybe a bit on the slight side as slashers go, but I liked watching this one (and the extremely schlocky version of Frankenstein that appears as the movie-within-the-movie) unfold, and was genuinely creeped out by the reveal of the killer's motivations. Felt like a less-splashy version of Lamberto Bava's DEMONS, although there does seem to be a bit more care taken with the characters in this case.
