HOOPTOBER 4.0 NIGHT TWENTY-NINE: Kind of an oddball two-headed anthology without a real connecting theme beyond "Hey kids, didja know about...BOOKS?" The "Wind in the Willows" section focusing on Mr. Toad feels like it might have been condensable to a 15-20 min short and feels both underdeveloped and overlong. The "Sleepy Hollow" section feels a bit more fully formed but really only comes to life with Brom Bones' song and the appearance of the Headless Horseman.
