2022 CULT MOVIE CHALLENGE WEEK 18: TINTO BRASS WEEK There's actually a lot to admire about this movie in terms of the performances (by a murderer's row of British acting talent), elaborate sets and production design. That said, the blatant addition of unprompted hardcore sex scenes (supposedly directed by producer Bob Guccione after-hours on the sly and edited in during post-production, I have heard) basically renders the whole thing unwatchable as drama, while ironically at the same time also being unwatchable as pornography.
