Finally catching up with this one, partly to say that I'd seen John Boyega in something prior to Star Wars: Ep VII. I really wish I'd done so sooner, because this was a really enjoyable movie. There's some clear parallels to other British horror/SF comedies like Shaun of the Dead (beyond the in-film presence of Nick Frost, and Edgar Wright as exec prod.) and certain episodes of the rebooted Doctor Who, but it definitely works on its own terms as both a fun genre flick and a somewhat pointed social satire.
