2019 CULT MOVIE CHALLENGE WEEK 29: TOM SAVINI WEEK It's ironic, over the years I've watched and read and played a ton of things that were either directly or indirectly influenced by this movie, but now that I've actually had the chance to sit down and watch it I found it all a bit underwhelming. The movie spends a lot of time -- and I would argue maybe too much time -- with the survivors in a fairly cozy situation that only changes in the third act with the appearance of Tom Savini's biker gang. Of Romero's first three Living Dead films, I feel like this is the weakest.
