2020 Cult Movie Challenge Week 15: Ray Dennis Steckler Week Barely even a movie in anything but the loosest backyard-wrestling sense of the term. But once the Batman serial parody elements kick in it turns into a fairly silly slapstick lark that reminded me a little bit of The Aquabats, in terms of being a ridiculous rock 'n' roll superhero thing filmed in southern California as an excuse to promote local musicians.
