Hooptober Night One: I liked this one maybe just a hair more than the first one, although I wish there was maybe 30% more actual killer-doll material in both movies given the titles. I realize that the budget for this one was probably vanishingly small, but all the same, I feel like the puppets took even more of a back seat in this one, and that's a shame. On the other hand, we also have the miraculous reappearance of deceased title character Andre Toulon, who somehow went from a kindly old man in PM (who even shows up in flashbacks in this movie) to a weird Mitteleuropean mad scientist rocking an Invisible Man-meets-Gollum look. Character retcons aside, he's the best thing in the movie.
