Hooptober Night Ten: I had a good time with this one. It doesn't blow up the found-footage formula in any particular way, but it is a miracle of COVID-era creative coordination that the people who made it were able to orchestrate and shoot some fairly elaborate and semi-practical poltergeist gags in what appeared to be the actors' actual homes during quarantine. What I want is for them to release a behind-the-scenes special showing how they made it all work and how they managed to get such a consistent feel in spite of it being a seemingly ad-hoc production.
