a review of 精疲力尽

1st Annual Criterion Challenge Week 17: Directed by Jean-Luc Godard I basically enjoyed this one and it left a stronger impression on me than "Pierrot le Fou", but I think I may need to give both films another watch at some point because I didn't necessarily find as much depth in them as I would have liked. Overall, I'm finding that as the French New Wave goes I get more out of Melville and Varda than I do from the most well-known director of the bunch, and I'm not sure if it's a problem with me or the material itself. Either way, it tells me that I need to do more watching and more reading.
