哥斯拉之终极战役 - 评论
The editing style for this is evident in the first couple of minutes as it flips nervously between disparate scenes without any transitions in sight. So it doesn't really have a plot so much as a bunch of themes that play out in little chunks, and characters that dispense a few lines of dialogue, some wild action, before the next kaiju monster or alien or mutant defender takes over. The earth looks to be in pretty bad shape by the end but at least the nasty aliens have been roundly kicked so it counts as a win. There were no deep philosophical musings, no environmental messages, no dwelling on the suffering of the ordinary people panic-stricken in the streets, so definitely not the artiest of the Godzilla films. Score by Keith Emerson of Emerson, Lake, and Palmer along with other selections
