I'm trying to write a little something for each thing I watch this year, and this is one that I can't really think of how to write about it or what to even write that would justify or not why I rated it 3.5. It's like if The VVitch took place in the modern day mid-west, but even that doesn't quite work. Anyway, I liked it, and that's about the best I can do here.
