A scientific experiment involving subjecting a corpse to an extreme charge of electricity accidentally revives an executed criminal and makes him impervious to harm, allowing him to seek revenge on his former partners, and deal similarly with anyone else who gets in his way.

查尔斯．拉蒙特执导的一部恐怖喜剧，由高脚七、矮冬瓜和鲍里斯．卡洛夫合演。剧情描述在维多利亚时代的伦敦，两名新手警察碰上了一个化身博士，展开了连串斗法。本片虽无特别精彩的笑料，但英国着名恐怖片明星鲍里斯．卡洛夫的演出及特技化装均有可观之处。当年在英国公映时，曾被电检列为X级，但后来却可以在儿童电视节目中放映。

Locals in an Italian village believe evil has taken over the estate of a recently deceased pianist where murder has taken place. The alleged killer: the pianist's severed hand.

A woman is married to the son of a doctor, the proprietor of a private sanatorium, where she is under unwilling treatment. Both the son and the doctor indicate they want the marriage dissolved. Arriving at the scene is a mysterious personage identified as the doctor's cousin who formerly was a stage magician in Europe. He is accompanied by a threatening dwarf.

Tod Slaughter goes about the countryside strangling everybody. His evil scheme is to destroy the family who wronged him. He has a secret lab complete with a torture chamber, featured in the films climax. Probably the most maniacal portrayal Tod ever gave.

A facially disfigured and mentally unhinged man wreaks his revenge on those he blames for his condition.

Tin-tan gets involved in what seem to be a murder at the local house of wax.

The Bowery Boys--Slip, Sach, Bobby, Whitey & Chuck--start their own exterminating service, and get a job which takes them to a spooky old abandoned mansion in the middle of the night. Meeting up with pal Gabe and his new French bride, the boys are tormented by mad scientists who try to convince them the place is haunted and then kidnap Sach in order to place his brain inside a gorilla.

An infamous band of thieves continues to succeed in robbing private caravans and government carriages as they pass through the countryside, puzzling the authorities. Soon, though, a mysterious masked man begins to upstage the gang of thieves by robbing the cargoes before the thieves can, and then returning the stolen money after the robbers find the travelers empty-handed. Soon, both the government and the band of highwaymen are trying to discover the identity of the "Jinete Fantasma.

A schooner disappears at sea without a trace. Years later, evidence of possible survivors prompts the mother of the schooner's mate Jose to hire a tuna boat to investigate. They discover the lad living happily on a South Seas island, and, when he refuses to leave with them, they abduct him. However, Jose gets revenge by leading the ship into the lair of a mysterious giant manta ray.

A young man loses all his money by gambling and decides to commit suicide, but is interrupted by a mysterious man who invites him to join a suicide club, where, through letters, it is drawn who is going to die.

Dr. Maynard (Charles Trowbridge') tells Dr. Terry Evans (Robert Livingston) and his nurse, Susan Drake (Lorna Gray), about the theft of ten pints of blood from his lab. Later, he is visited by Ormand Murks (Ian Keith), a man Maynard had once had committed to an insane asylum and who later died from an operation, and Maynard learns that Murks is an example of living death whose abnormality is counter-acted only by blood. The doctor soon becomes Murk's unwilling blood donor. Murks' brother Fred (Earle Hodgins) threatens to expose him and he too is murdered. Terry and Susan find Maynard's body near an abandoned graveyard and this leads them to an estate where a partially obscured sign reads:"Murks Bros.,Undertakers." Susan is kidnapped.
