一个寒冷的冬夜，一位乞丐老妪来到一位法国王子富丽堂皇的城堡门口，她询问王子是否允许她在城堡过夜，而不至于在寒风中露宿，作为回报她将送给王子一朵玫瑰。但是自负而冷漠的王子十分看不惯老妪的形容憔悴，拒绝了她的请求。而这老妪实际是一位巫婆，看清楚了王子的丑恶内心，她化身为漂亮的女士并把王子变成了丑陋的野兽，把他的仆人变成了各种物件，她把玫瑰给了王子，并放一个玻璃瓶里。她告诉王子，在花瓣完全掉光之前，他如果能学会爱别人，并得到别人的爱，诅咒就会解除，这是他唯一得救的机会。
2. Belle (贝儿)

贝尔却对自己的美貌以及他人的仰慕视而不见，她也感到自己有点奇怪，她对父亲表达的了自己的忧虑，但是父亲穆里斯（Maurice）告诉她她觉得没有什么奇怪的地方，他将永远爱她。两人合力完成了父亲的新发明。
穆里斯来到森林里寻找新实验的材料，不幸迷路，一群狼开始袭击他，他仓皇逃跑中闯进了一个神秘的城堡。城堡仆人卢米埃尔（(Lumiere，原本是餐厅领班的他被变成了一只蜡烛台），克兹沃斯（Cogsworth， 城堡总管，现在被变成了一座钟），波茨夫人（Mrs. Potts，被变成茶壶的女仆）欢迎他的到来，但是城堡主人，可怕的野兽突然出现，以擅闯他人城堡的罪名将穆里斯关进了牢房。

当她终于来到城堡的时候，发现父亲被锁在地牢里，她和野兽做了交易，她留在城堡里以换取父亲的自由。于是父亲被放出来，却没能有机会跟女儿说再见。野兽给了贝尔一间客房，并命令她和他一起吃晚饭。贝尔为自己的处境感到无比难过，而波茨夫人在努力让她高兴起来。

加斯顿决定用诡计得到贝儿。
小镇上，加斯东因为突然失去自己的新娘而大发雷霆，朋友们想办法帮他解闷。这个时候穆里斯回到小镇，告诉大家他女儿被野兽囚禁，大家都认为他在说疯话，但是加斯东却相信了，并策划一个营救方案体现出他的过人胆识。

魔堡仆役热情招待贝儿。
城堡里，野兽对贝尔的慢条斯理感到很不耐烦，而克兹沃斯告诉他，贝尔根本不想跟他一起吃饭时，他非常愤怒，上楼去和她大吵了一架，但是伶牙俐齿的贝尔占了理。他只好下命令说，如果贝尔不跟他一起用饭，就永远别想吃饭。回到自己的房间，野兽看着逐渐凋零的玫瑰，感叹到也许自己的命运已经注定，诅咒无法改变了。贝尔终于饿了，她悄悄潜入厨房，仆人们被着野兽给她呈现了一顿丰盛的晚餐。
13. If I Can't Love Her (如果我不能爱她)

贝儿在西厢房里被吓走後，野兽感到绝望，新歌曲。
晚饭之后，在卢米埃尔和克兹沃斯带领下，她参观了几乎整个城堡。但她强烈的好奇心促使她忘记了仆人的警告，闯进了城堡的禁地——西厢，这里是野兽的私人空间，禁止别人进入。她被屋子里玻璃瓶中那朵美丽的玫瑰迷住了，可当她想伸手摸那朵花时，野兽出现了，他粗暴的把她赶出去，并撕破了她的袖子。贝尔惊慌失措的逃走，并担心自己可能性命不保。而伤害贝尔后，野兽也意识到自己错了，他明白如果他不能学会宽容和爱，他将永远当野兽。

贝尔逃出城堡走进森林，再度遭遇狼的袭击，幸亏野兽及时赶到，拯救了她的性命。但是和狼搏斗过程中，野兽受伤，贝尔扶他回到城堡。她帮助野兽清理了伤口，在两人就谁的过错问题短暂争执之后，野兽感谢她的好心，两人的友谊建立起来。野兽把自己的大型图书馆借给贝尔用，作为感谢，贝尔因此十分兴奋，并决定和野兽工进晚餐。她记录下野兽性格的改变，同时仆人们也记录下两人关系的变化。当仆人们看到两人共坐在餐厅里吃饭时，也殷切希望自己能再度变回人身。

贝尔找到了父亲并把他带回到小镇上的家里，在她的照料下，父亲逐渐恢复健康，她告诉父亲和野兽相处的这些日子里，她对野兽的看法发生了很大的改变。这个时候，一群暴徒在加斯东带领下闯了进来，要把穆里斯挟持到精神病院。贝尔试图采用野兽的魔法镜向世人证明野兽的存在，从而说明父亲没有发疯，但是她用错了手势，导致大家都开始害怕野兽。她试图向大家说明野兽是个善良的好人。加斯东听了她的话意识到野兽是自己的情敌，于是决定带领暴徒去杀死野兽。
22. The Battle (战役)

魔堡仆役为保卫城堡而作战。
城堡里，所有的物件都试图组织暴徒进入大门，但是加斯东还是破门而入找到了高塔里的野兽，并与之斗剑。野兽因为贝尔的离开已经失去了对生活的积极性，准备好迎接死亡。当加斯东即将把剑刺向野兽胸膛时，贝尔赶到了，野兽终于爆发出力量打败了加斯东但饶他一命。但是加斯东不坏好意，试图从背后刺杀野兽，但失足摔倒在剑上一命呜呼。
23. Transformation (魔咒解除)
出场角色：野兽、贝儿
真爱解除了魔咒，野兽变回人形，歌曲“Home”和“If I Can't Love Her”的旋律再现。
在阳台桑，贝尔安慰野兽说他一定能好好活下去，但是两人都明白她无法挽救他的生命，她乞求他不要留下她孤单一人，因为她在他这里找到了家的感觉。但是野兽还是死了。她扑在他身上哭泣，并在最后一瓣玫瑰花瓣落下来之前对他说“我爱你”。于是野兽奇迹般的复活了，并恢复了他王子的身体，一开始贝尔没有认出他来，知道看到他眼中野兽的神情。两人热烈的接吻，并感慨他们的生活因为爱情发生了多么大的变化。所有的物件也恢复了人形，他们欢呼着，庆祝整个城堡恢复生机。

Inside a one-room apartment on the outskirts of Seoul, Oliver lives a happily quiet life, listening to jazz records and caring for his favorite plant. But what else is there to do when you’re a Helperbot 3, a robot that has long been retired and considered obsolete? When his fellow Helperbot neighbor Claire asks to borrow his charger, what starts as an awkward encounter leads to a unique friendship, a surprising adventure, and maybe even…love?

Who wouldn’t want to have a drink with Jay Gatsby? He’s charming and mysterious, and throws one hell of a party. The man is a hoot! But if you’re hoping to get intimate with F Scott Fitzgerald’s romantic hero – to really get stuck into his beautiful enveloping novel – then this immersive pastiche isn’t for you. This is a chance to get pissed with Gatsby and friends, but don’t expect any late night revelations.
Event company The Guild of Misrule have past form with immersive nights and it all feels polished and professional. And Alexander Wright’s show moves fluidly enough, as the cast subtly shepherd us from one play space to the next: a large dance area (Charleston anyone?), a pretty but pricey bar (who’s up for a £160 bottle of champers?) and a few smaller spaces for slightly more intimate encounters.
It’s all quite jolly, but the scenes – largely plucked directly from the novel – make little impact. Nick Carraway (Daniel Dingsdale) crawls over the bar and recites some of Fitzgerald’s most haunting prose, but no one’s really listening. Gatsby (Oliver Tilney, charmer) and Daisy (Amie Burns Walker) finally reunite, but we couldn’t give a fig. Poor Myrtle is killed, Tom spurned and Nick seduced but none of the moments – clipped and context-free – feel meaningful.
There’s none of the desperate heat, heart, longing and loneliness that swirls through Fitzgerald’s novel. A centrepiece of this year’s Vault Festival, the venue has been draped in gold tinsel and enthusiastically spruced up by designer Robert Readman, yet there’s no feeling of crazy, urgent excess. The actors are dressed in gorgeous period costumes but the roaring ’20s never quite roar (not helped by bursts of contemporary music). The most convincing component is the audience: dressed up to the nines, cheeky as hell and gloriously drunk.

The year is 1943 and we’re losing the war. Luckily, we’re about to gamble all our futures on a stolen corpse.
