Natsume has been busy, navigating between humans and Yokai when he coincidentally reunites with an old classmate, Yuki. It brings back painful memories of a certain Yokai. Meanwhile, Natsume also became acquainted with Yorie Tsumura, a woman in the memories of a Yokai whose name he had returned. Yorie knew much about Reiko, but now lived a peaceful life with her only son, Mukuo. Being with this family was comforting for Natsume, but apparently a mysterious Yokai has been lurking in their town.
On the way back from investigating, a "Yokai seed" that had latched itself to Nyanko Sensei drops into the Fujiwaras' garden and grows overnight into a fruit tree. When Nyanko Sensei eats a fruit that is somehow shaped like himself, he suddenly splits into three!

由于丈夫的自私，天女瑟蕾丝（岩男润子 配音）含冤而死。死前瑟蕾丝立下诅咒，总有一天要通过御景家的血液重生，向御景家寻仇。胆小的御景家设立了一个仪式，他们决定将所有带有天女血统的子孙在十六岁生日那天赶尽杀绝。十六岁的御景妖（嘉数由美 配音）不幸的继承了天女的血统，而她的哥哥御景明（千叶进步），居然就是瑟蕾丝丈夫的转世。生日当天，原本集万千宠爱与一身的妖子霎时间成为了众人猎杀的对象。在逃跑的途中，她被梧纳凉（浅野麻由美 配音）和十夜（小西克幸 配音）所救，梧纳凉拥有少量的天女血统，同病相怜的她成为了妖子的庇护者。来自御景家的追杀步步紧逼，同时妖子体内的瑟蕾丝也日益的强大和凶残起来。妖子决定赶在御景家之前找到失落的天女的羽翼，以抚慰瑟蕾丝的灵魂。而在并肩作战的过程中，她和十夜的感情也渐渐生出了萌芽。

《交响情人梦》第二季为“巴黎篇”，讲述了野田妹（川澄绫子 配音）和千秋真一（关智一 配音）一起在巴黎留学的故事。而在本OAD特别篇中，收录了TV版没有讲述过的故事，在日本篇中登场过的角色都将出场。
松田幸久（东地宏树 配音）是千秋的学长，喜欢撰写“未来日记”，即将自己的妄想写成日记的形式来激励自己。他早年到巴黎留学，在巴黎各大乐团里略有地位。然而，他发现自己的风头很快就被初到巴黎的千秋抢去。不仅如此，他还发现现实和自己未来日记的内容完全不一样。一次，他把千秋约去喝酒，最后自己却喝醉了。千秋只好把他带回学生公寓。在浴室里，松田和野田妹意外相见！两个“变态”的相遇会碰撞出怎么样的火花？

When the Ministry of Education goes back on its promise to keep Ooarai Girls Academy open, the task of saving the five-mile-long Academy Ship from the wreckers falls to Miho and her barely-seasoned tankery team. However, things go off track almost immediately. While the Oorai tank crew may have won the high school tournament, they’re now facing a larger and more experienced university team, and if they fail, their armored vehicles will be forfeit! Will they be swapping their tanks for the memories? It’s possible, but winning a tank battle is all about tactics and teamwork, and the fledgling Ooarai students have more friends and allies than anyone suspects.

Too much tankery and not enough studying for her entrance exams has landed Momo in the hot seat! Luckily her friends won’t let her flunk out without a fight, and they’ve hatched a foxy plan to put her back on top. Miho’s stepping down to let Momo take up the mantle of commander, because if she can lead the team to victory in the Continuous Cup, Momo can retake her exams. The stakes have never been higher for the team as they fight for tank supremacy both on and off the combat field!

Ever since he was a child, fifteen-year-old Souma Yukihira has helped his father by working as the sous chef in the restaurant his father runs and owns. Throughout the years, Souma developed a passion for entertaining his customers with his creative, skilled, and daring culinary creations. His dream is to someday own his family's restaurant as its head chef. Yet when his father suddenly decides to close the restaurant to test his cooking abilities in restaurants around the world, he sends Souma to Tootsuki Culinary Academy, an elite cooking school where only 10 percent of the students graduate. While the perfect getaway for most girls her age might be a fancy vacation with their loved ones, Rin Shima's ideal way of spending her days off is camping alone at the base of Mount Fuji. From pitching her tent to gathering firewood, she has always done everything by herself, and has no plans of leaving her little solitary world.

The battle is over, and they can go about their normal lives now... or so they thought. With no time to rejoice after miraculously saving Mirai from Beyond the Boundary, Mirai lost all her memories. Akihito, now a high school senior, starts to avoid Mirai thinking it’s for the better. Not aware of Akihito’s feelings, Mirai tries to get closer to Akihito. Then, someone who knows of Mirai appears in front of the two. With Akihito’s troubles in vain, Mirai once again sets forth on a battle that forces her to look within.

Kimihiro Watanuki can see spirits and other assorted supernatural creatures, which is quite a bothersome ability he strongly dislikes. On the way home one day, while plagued by some spirits, he is inexplicably compelled to enter a strange house. There, he encounters Yuuko, a mysterious woman who claims to be able to rid him of the ability to see and attract the troublesome creatures—for a price. She demands that he work at her "store" that grants wishes to people, and thus begins Watanuki's adventures through weird and wonderful events.

202号房的椎名真白（茅野爱衣 配音）梦想着成为一名漫画家，只能画一手好原画的她一直都苦于剧情的构思。201号房的上井草美咲（高森奈津美 配音）由于过于专注于动画的制作，而被认为浪费了画漫画的才能。103号房的三鹰仁（樱井孝宏 配音）在女性之间有着极高的人气。203号房的青山七海（中津真莉子 配音）以其过于执拗的性格荣幸成为了整个樱花庄最正常的一员。在这些怪人的围绕下，空太和猫咪们的崭新生活开始了。
