Selected Ambient Works 85–92 is the debut album by the British electronic music artist and producer Aphex Twin, also known as Richard D. James. It was released on 9 November 1992 through Apollo Records, a subsidiary of the Belgian label R&S Records. The album consists of ambient techno James recorded on cassette as early as 1985, when he was 13–14 years old. It received widespread acclaim and entered the Dance Albums Chart at No. 6 in December 1992.

Selected Ambient Works 85–92 is considered a classic, defining work of electronica. Music journalists have credited it with expanding the scope of ambient music and introducing techno to fans of indie music. The website AllMusic described it as "a masterpiece of ambient techno".[1] Selected Ambient Works 85–92 has appeared on best-of lists; in 2012 the UK magazine Fact named it the greatest album of the 1990s.

The album cover, by Designers Republic has been announced along with the track times - Which doesn't match up with the previous unidentified leak.

Richard D. James Album is the fourth studio album by English electronic musician Richard D. James under the alias Aphex Twin, released on Warp Records in 1996. The album's music was produced and recorded by James and was a step away from the ambient music on his previous releases and more influenced by jungle music.

The sample that gives track 8 its title is Gene Wilder in the movie 'Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory', although the line originally comes from a poem called 'Ode' by Arthur O'Shaughnessy.

"Windowlicker" is a track by the British electronic music artist and producer Aphex Twin. It was released on 22 March 1999 through Warp Records. The artwork for the single was created by Chris Cunningham, with additional work by The Designers Republic. Cunningham also directed the song's music video, which was nominated for the Brit Award for Best British Video.

Come to Daddy is a double EP by the British electronic music artist Aphex Twin. The EP's lead single, and the first track on the EP, "Come to Daddy (Pappy Mix)"—often simply called "Come to Daddy"—is one of Aphex Twin's best-known songs; it peaked at number 36 on the UK Singles Chart.

Come to Daddy has been described as featuring drum and bass beats throughout. Each mix of "Come to Daddy" is seemingly unrelated, with the "Little Lord Faulteroy" and "Mummy" mixes bearing no noticeable resemblance to the original "Pappy" mix. "To Cure a Weakling Child (Contour Regard)" is a remix of the song "To Cure a Weakling Child" from Richard D. James Album. Six of Come to Daddy's eight tracks feature vocals.

According to Sean Booth of Autechre, James' track "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball" is a reaction to their track "Drane", to which they then replied with the track "Drane2".

Drukqs (stylised as drukQs) is the fifth studio album by Aphex Twin, a pseudonym used by English electronic musician Richard D. James. The album is a double album and peaked at number 22 on the UK Albums Chart, selling 11,476 copies in its first week of release.

Aphex Twin has shared plenty of new music in the wake of Syro, his first record in 13 years. Last November, the artist known as Richard D. James shared over 30 unreleased tracks as part of an interview with Dave Noyze, and this morning, he revealed plans for a forthcoming EP titled Computer Controlled Acoustic Instruments Pt2. Announced via James' Twitter, the new, 13-track EP will be released on January 23 via Warp.

The piece is named after a trade name for the drug Salbutamol, which is prescribed for the treatment of asthma. A reported side effect of this drug is tinnitus, a high pitched ringing in the ears. James utilised this effect in "Ventolin", incorporating a piercing high-pitched ringing sound throughout the track. The music also incorporates heavily distorted techno beats. The resulting effect has been cited as "one of the harshest singles ever recorded".
The song is sampled by the Vancouver industrial band Front Line Assembly in the song "Retribution" on their 1999 album Implode.
