"Can't B Good" is a song by American R&B/pop singer Janet Jackson. It is the fourth overall and last single from her tenth studio album Discipline.
The song was written and produced by D. DoRohn Gough and Shaffer "Ne-Yo" Smith. The lyrics of the song are about Jackson waking up with a lover and then realized she's fallen in love, against her will.
It was released to Urban Adult Contemporary radio stations on March 18, 2008. The song has no music video accompanied. It has been released to pop formats on May 19, 2008. A remix of the song was released, featuring Jamaican rapper Red Rat, and produced by HardWork. Also more than 10 unofficial remixes had been released on certain download venues.
Billboard magazine said that "'Can't B Good' serves up a smooth, jazzy groove and Jackson's soft, supple vocal, fluffed with multiple background layers that duly merit adult R&B love." Also on other album reviews for Discipline, the song was called as a "jazzy, R&B love fully-filled".
"Can't B Good" was the fifth most added song on R&R's Urban AC panel, where it debuted at number 40 on R&R's Urban AC Chart for the chart week dated March 28, 2008. The song debuted and peaked at number 40 on the Billboard Hot Adult R&B Airplay chart the week ending April 5, 2008. It has so far peaked at number 76 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
