The individuals that comprise the Tokyo MER team rush to on-site disasters and accidents, performing life-saving treatment thanks to the OR equipped within their vehicle. Their one mission is simple: leave no one dead. But conflicts arise when an unprecedented event rocks Yokohama after a bomb explodes in Landmark Tower, leaving thousands fighting to escape. Although the chief doctor Kitami believes they should not wait and presses for a quick dispatch, the more level-headed Chief Kamoi of the elite Yokohama MER thinks otherwise — they need to wait until the area is safe to enter, or they won’t be able to save anyone.

University student Sugishita Nozomi, Naruse Shinji, Ando Nozomi and Nishizaki Masato end up coming upon the scene of the murder of the Noguchi couple, because of a plan they had devised. Nishizaki is arrested at the scene and is given a 10-year prison term because of his voluntary confession. 10 years later, Takano Shigeru, a former police officer who has misgivings about the verdict of this case, starts to pursue the truth. He is convinced that it all began as a result of an incident caused by Nozomi and Naruse on an island in the Seto Inland Sea in the summer 15 years. “They committed a crime at that time. 音乐剧《火腿骑士》改编自英国1974年的电影《蒙提派森与圣杯骑士Monty Python’s & the Holy Grail》，电影根据英国历史上最富有传奇性的亚瑟王与圆桌骑士的故事，进行极具颠覆性的改编，恶搞加爆笑的风格引得在场观众无不捧腹而归。当年电影虽没有特别突出的票房，却获得了极高的评价，也拥有了一批忠实观众。2005年3月17日音乐剧《火腿骑士》一经推出立刻造成轰动，不但票房鼎盛，还获得该年托尼奖14项提名，成为有史以来入围奖项最多的剧目，并最终获得最佳音乐剧、最佳导演、最佳女配角三项大奖。
第一幕
管弦樂團旁若無人地調音("Tuning")，指揮出來開始序曲。("Overture")
一歷史學家出來講解了當時英國的情況 - 總之周圍都一團亂，直至亞瑟王出現。("Historian's Introduction to Act I")台上開始表演，歌頌著芬蘭的好處...等等...歷史學家無奈地澄清是英國才對。("Finland/ Fisch Schlapping Dance")亞瑟王出場，伴著他的是弄臣珀西，他們要找人加入內閣成為圓桌武士。唸著經文的修士經過，羅賓要眾人搬出家中的死屍，蘭斯諾搬出的卻宣稱自己未死，還生猛的跳來跳去，結果被蘭斯諾一棒打死了。他與羅賓都想加入亞瑟王的圓桌武士的行列，並很快成功了("Monks Chant/ He is Not Dead Yet")。
亞瑟王被加拉赫懷疑王位的來源，便帶他去見女湖神。("Come With Me")女湖神再次宣稱亞瑟為王，並讓其侍女們說服其母。("Laker Girls Cheer")女湖神和已給說服的加拉赫為了劇情需要，便唱了一首"主打歌"("The Song That Go Like This")圓桌武士一共有五人: 加拉赫、貝迪菲爾、羅賓、蘭斯諾及在這裡不該出場的"不該出場"武士。("All For One")眾人在幻想中的王庭中因為每天都有很多午餐肉而高興，("Knights of the Round Table/ The Song That Goes Like This (Reprise)")上帝突然顯靈要他們去找聖杯，女湖神亦來鼓勵，("Find Your Grail")可眾人立即便被法國裔的軍隊以及呃...一堆舞蹈員打的抱頭逃竄。("Run Away!")

歷史學家回來解釋情況，眾人為找聖杯決定分頭行事。亞瑟王遇到了只會說"Ni"的武士，他們要他去找史立草莓才給他們通過，珀西在亞瑟王灰心時鼓勵，果然完成任務。("Always Look on the Bright Side of Life")"膽大的"羅賓被一堆吟遊詩人們周圍唱頌，("Brave Sir Robin")之後與剛解決掉黑武士的亞瑟王相遇，說"Ni"的武士指示二人去征服百老匯，羅賓指出沒有猶太人要在百老匯立足不大可能會成功。("You Won't Succeed On Broadway")突然此劇唯一女角女湖神因無得出場而突然亂入，不住的哀歎。("Diva's Lament (Whatever Happened to my Part?)")
低窪城堡王子哈拔是個女人型，被父親逼婚又不許唱歌，拋下紙球求救。("Where Are You")蘭斯諾以為他是女子，便殺了一城堡的人來拯救他出來。後來知道是誤會，卻機緣巧合下堡主把兒子"嫁"了給蘭斯諾。("His Name is Lancelot")沒有頭緒的亞瑟王感到寂寞，即使珀西如何安慰也沒用。("I'm All Alone")女湖神再次出場提點他們已然是在音樂劇之中，二人相戀，並含情脈脈地重唱了主打歌。("Twice in Every Show")在魔法師添姆的幫助下亞瑟打敗殺手兔子拿到了聖杯，而終於所有人也找到了自己的"聖杯"，大團圓結局。("Act II Finale")眾人再次出場勉勵凡事要向好的方向看。("Always Look on the Bright Side of Life (Company Bow)")
