Batman Begins explores the origins of the Batman legend and the Dark Knight's emergence as a force for good in Gotham. In the wake of his parents' murder, disillusioned industrial heir Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) travels the world seeking the means to fight injustice and turn fear against those who prey on the fearful. He returns to Gotham and unveils his alter-ego: Batman, a masked crusader who uses his strength, intellect and an array of high tech deceptions to fight the sinister forces that threaten the city. The score features music composed by Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard.

Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ natural history event series Prehistoric Planet. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Anže Rožman (The Planets, Universe), Kara Talve (Perpetual Planet: Heroes of the Oceans) and Hans Zimmer (The Dark Knight, Gladiator, Inception, The Lion King, Dune). Zimmer & Andrew James Christie (The Flood) have written the Prehistoric Planet Theme. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, June 24. Prehistoric Planet is narrated by Sir David Attenborough and presents little-known and surprising facts of dinosaur life set against the backdrop of the environments of Cretaceous times, including coasts, deserts, freshwater, ice worlds and forests. The 5-parter executive produced by Jon Favreau & Mike Gunton premiered last month and is now available to stream on Apple TV+.
