Dream Theater's Chaos In Motion World Tour kicked off June 3rd, 2007 in Milan Italy and ended on June 4th 2008 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Chaos In Motion 2007-2008 captures it all. 2004年10月5日发行的乐队第七张专辑“Train of Thought”的世界巡演日本站官方第四套现场视频。包含3张CD，2张DVD或1张蓝光光盘上播放。摄制于2004年4月26日日本东京武道馆。
由于时间的限制，删除了歌曲 "The Great Debate", "Under a Glass Moon" "Caught in a Web"，其中包括一个鼓独奏。在DVD中，歌曲“Vacant”在结尾中播放，没有主唱的声音。
根据他们的"When Dream And Day Reunite"官方Bootleg DVD的开始几分钟内的评论音轨键盘手说道当年录制时他的一个设备故障了，发出了不正常的声音，因此意识到在后期制作过程中必须重新录制。
现场于2011年10月18日重新发布Blu-ray版本。
