朱老师（吴耀汉 饰）曾在圣育强中学执教五十年，因他作风开明，鼓励学生接触两性知识，在不同年代的学生中间都颇受爱戴。在朱老师八十寿辰之际，他的几个学生出面为其联合庆祝。其中有在外强硬家中温顺的委员吴郁仁（曾志伟 饰）、获奖无数的影帝张秋云（詹瑞文 饰）、知名妇科医生傅武琛（王晶 饰）、频频被人拆穿的“玄学大师”司徒奇峯（杜汶泽 饰）以及舞蹈教师林查理（狄易达 饰）。五人将朱老师带到江门祝寿，偶遇五名正在酒店拍照的嫩模（周秀娜、杨梓瑶、徐自贤、朱裕琳、江怡 饰），六人随即春心大动，不料朱老师因兴奋过度身亡，临终前嘱咐五人代己寻欢。五个学生领命，开始背着各自老婆，与五名嫩模发展婚外激情……

In love, Wu Di sets out to find her, fighting river pirate Dugu and his sidekick on the way, and also meeting a hermit Buddhist monk who offers to take him on as a pupil. Yuelou plans to attend a martial arts tournament to establish her name, little knowing that the emperor's chief eunuch Cheng has arranged for her to be secretly protected by Penal Bureau officer Yang Guo and to win the tournament, so the emperor can award her the prize and persuade her to reconsider marriage.

祺（古巨基）自小做事就很有计划，身为深圳某家公司的高级职员，他已规划好何时同在日本留学的女友June（陈颖妍）结婚、退休等人生大事。某日看过June发来的一封E-mail后，他休假来到日本。令他想不到的是，June已与他的死党，在日本学漫画的Sam（李灿森）坠入爱河。

菲比（刘心悠 饰）的父亲阿九（廖启智 饰）在18年前因杀死合作的兄弟被对方遗孀洛华（林嘉欣 饰）追杀，菲比也成为了孤儿。幸好得到了领导人百德（曾志伟 饰）的照顾，收作养女，更扬言以后要娶菲比为妻，不让洛华对菲比作出进一步报复。
18年后的一天，就在百德打算退隐的时候，却遭到了别人的暗杀。于是，社团内的大风（黄秋生 饰）也想借此机会独揽大权。但百德临终前已经交托辰哥（任达华 饰）要协助菲比成为社团的最高领导，成为大家的“阿嫂”。
但社团里还是内藏暗涌，辰哥与花哥（方中信 饰）为菲比找来了保镖向东（刘烨 饰）。而这时江湖上也盛传杀死的百德的主使者是洛华及其助手（谢君豪 饰）。双方仇恨更加结深一层了……

In McDull, the Alumni, our protagonist has grown up. He is no longer the little boy who banters with his mates at school. How he wishes he could just go on bantering all day long with his mates at the renowned Flower on the Spring Field Kindergarten. But that is not to be. Like all grown-ups, he has to grapple with harsh reality. McDull and his mates are scattered all over the place. Each one of them has to find his or her own path. In each of their hearts, they know they have failed. Meanwhile, life goes on in the kindergarten. Someone strums a guitar and the pupils chime in to the song: Puff the magic dragon, lives by the sea… A dragon lives forever, but not so little boys. With hindsight, McDull believes this could well be the maxim of the Flower on the Spring Field Kindergarten alumni.
